My apologies. I forgot that you sent your QTKS order via support per our agreement and we were working from the website order queue. Have you uploaded your voiceprint on the Q site? As soon as you have, I’ll have Q-Engineer build it. If the voiceprint has been uploaded, it will most certainly go out today.
