Please keep in mind that Lion and myself do not have access to orders, order information, support tickets, computers that process Q shop information, order information, and so forth.

Also if the express is not processed within 1 business day, please contact support regarding this.

And it may be processed relative to Eastern Time here in the United States rather than Greenwich Mean Time.

Hello, I ordered a custom Order # 2027958, and got an email saying it’s complete. However I haven’t received an email with the download link

The order was completed on July 9th. Can someone look into this please.
