I think Fire and Saint are juggling the Internet connection issue and writing the new titles which is leading to the delay (especially internet issues could affect their custom building machine if I had to guess).

Order #2028345, in 9 days it’ll be a full month since my order was marked as “completed” without getting my download link.
I pinged you both a good bunch, made another thread, sent a support ticket on the day if not a day after the order was marked completed, and I’m still getting no answer.
Very frustrated.

You have to purchase one of the SubClub Black products before you do. And give the order number of one of those purchased products in your support ticket to get into the subclub black section of the forum.
