I would have patiently waited but I couldn’t convince myself of these 2 reasons:
- This ticket needs to be seen before the custom is created.
- I didn’t get a “Ticket Recieved” email when i submitted the ticket.
This is my first time making a custom, so I apologize if i seem a bit too eager.

The ticket is regarding a QTKS custom that has taken more than 22 days.
My QTKS purchase has been made 19days ago so not sure either what’s the official delivery time.
I think it’s around 12 business days.
Please put in the QTKS order number here and tag RVconsultant and Saint.
We are working on the QTKS orders now, should be tonight, but then we’re suspending it for a few days so we can upgrade the box for launch.

I really want my correct pronunciation to be used.
Feeling a little anxious that the custom might be made before the pronunciation i sent is inputed.
So just to clarify, it’s been 22 business days, the order was made on January 29 so it’s been a month wait basically.
Hoping to get it soon.
Next time, this types of request needs to be made before the order, as I don’t build the regular customs, in QTKS and this means having to stop the semi automated process.
I’m actively working on them now. These are not easy customs to build and they’ve grown even more complicated with NSE. That’s why I’m pulling early access for a week or so to hopefully automate the part that causes so much delay.
We will remember all who struggled during early access with a token of appreciation once fully launched.
Update: QTKS boxes are running at full blast. Queue will definitely be completed by tomorrow. Then, we’re pulling early access. First, we need to streamline the submission process, as the current one glitches for inexplicable reasons. Then, we need to install the latest updates to the QTKS version of the Q software, which will automate much of the process instead of someone having to physically remain at the box.
WAIT! QTKS will “soon” be mostly automated?
Aye. It will be brought to the level of the regular customs.
To the two that left tickets, we are still set for delivery today, though it may be later.
Any shot that my support request could be looked at? Super low effort ticket as well.
