For this mistake getting fixed, should I expect a response prior to the custom getting shipped out? Like @bombayduck has gotten in the past

Or should I just wait for the email saying the custom was delivered, and there I’ll see the fixed module list?

@RVconsultant This may be a dumb favor to ask
But I ordered a custom and I want to change one module of it to anothe which I own.
It’s really important to me that I get it changed.
My custom order number is 2027538, and I want the “lifeblood fable” module changed to “Technological prodigy”
I also submitted a ticket about it but I’m not sure if they see it before processing the custom–ticket number is: 23729

It’d be a great favor if you could ask them to take a look at the matter :pray: :pray:

Next time, list what you want in a custom and look it over and get input and think.

Because next time, it might go through without the changes you want after you ordered it.
