If the express order is not “expressed”, then I think it is SC policy to refund the express charge.

Your support ticket: what was the date it was entered? Is there something urgent about it such as wanting to alter an order?

Now as for your orders: Reminder: I don’t have access to such things. @Floridianninja I think you are in the USA, and @kuntz in case you’re not in the USA or don’t know about this upcoming holiday, we have Thanksgiving tomorrow. So I’m not sure how this holiday might affect support tickets and orders.

Hey @AnswerGroup, I am trying to get back into my support account with no success. Tried to reset my password but I never received the email anywhere in my inbox. Tried to create a new account but states I already have an account.

Seems like I am in a vicious cycle.

#27650 ticket with custom, I received errors in my custom order emails that were a bit concerning.
This was sent on December 4th

I was recommend by @Lion to not run my customs until this was resolved. I would like to get an answer so I can move forward.

The emails look like it mislabeled one

I essentially said:

I ordered two customs and received two identical emails on different days saying the same customer order had been finished. I’ll include below for reference both as attachments and in the email. The email for the completion of the order number is the same, but the download links are different.

I want to ensure these are the correct customs per order number and so

  1. Is the order number per download accurate to the correct custom order there? Should these be resent to ensure accuracy?
  2. Why does the email have the same order number completion but different customs?
  3. Is the custom creation/automation process subject to errors like this on the backend? A duplicate, the wrong module, or lack of including something or just the emails sent out in the automation process?
