Pretty simple. It’s against the campfire policy.

In-depth occult discussion on the forum - this is because these topics often lead to individuals misleading others with New Age fluff, degrading actual spiritual traditions or to inane conspiracies. This rule is more malleable and subject to change as we do not want to ban all spiritual discussion - it is an important part of an individual’s growth, especially considering we offer a number of spiritual titles, but we do not want people going off the rails about the “less usual” areas of spirituality, namely the occult (for example casting spells) or the sacred mysteries (talking about the divine light etc.). If you notice your post getting extremely long in an attempt to explain a complex topic to a layman - this rule likely applies to you. Use your best judgement here, and consider that this is a subliminal forum, not an occult/sacred mysteries one.

Wait what?

“we do not want people … talking about the divine light{”??

I can understand New Age garbage and spell craft / pacts, but this?

Weirdest, most f’ed up wording I’ve heard. Maybe it needs to be rewritten?

Spell craft, demons, satanism, dark stuff, New Age garbage… yes, f’ that stuff off. But “sacred mysteries”? Saint speaks about that every time he goes into Daoism or Qigong.

I know, it says “use your best judgement”. But, there is an overlap between “being legendary” and knowing how things work (which is what such things are really meant to be about). I hope and I figure this is just because of the past garbage that has gone on within the forum.

Founders prerogative.
In a way, that he knows how far is acceptable.
Also, in cases where he sparked a to intense discussion straying to far off topic, he immediately stops the discussion and leads it back to the actual topic.

And you know very well, that it makes a difference who and in which way is spoken about these topics.
Is it someone like you who is talking in a reflected way with knowledge and reputation in here? Or is it some newbie that speaks like he went of his meds for some time after discovering the truth?

I wish there was a laugh emoji react to posts like this.

You know one hundred percent precisely what I am talking about, so stop pretending you don’t.

Don’t pretend this is about “some newbie who went off his meds”. The reason I reacted to the wording was one thousand percent related to valid and legitimate scenarios which are precluded by the wording, not such situations, and you know it.

I made a valid point, and I do not retract it.

Don’t even try! Tho soul selling is more metaphorical. You can’t sell the soul, nobody wants your soul. You can only give your spiritual essence. About pacts with entities don’t try, there is a huge chance to get sucked into their realm after death and being haunted for lifetimes by them. Magick is use of subtle energies to do something.

I’ve got something better, mate.

Not today, everyone. This is my day off. Qigong does not qualify as the ancient mysteries and you know that.

Nor is this forum going to be full of posts like this.

@GeneticBeast — no.
