What do you eat for breakfast and lunch

Ayo,

Morning: It depends on the time I wake up. If I wake up late, I have my morning coffee or tea. Early, protien pancakes, smoothies, and stuff similar to this.

Lunch: Chicken and rice with veggies, something similar to keep in the diet.

Quick Summary

I’m not intelligent either I guess…

Breakfast (anywhere between 7-8:30am): 16oz organic light roast coffee with 2 tbsp grass-fed butter + 1tbsp C8 MCT oil, and some heavy cream to flavor. And a bit of erythritol & monkfruit (Lakanto) to sweeten it up, if desired.

Lunch (sometime between 12-1pm): Usually we plan evening meals to have leftovers for the next day’s lunch, but if not… usually some organic basmati rice as a base with frozen mixed veggies and a protein thrown in a pot and cooked together. Typically the protein will be organic beef meatballs that we buy at Whole Foods, but other times it’ll be 3 hard-boiled eggs. If I’m really short on time, I’ll also just throw some rice and a can of organic chickpeas into a pot with some curry sauce and let it simmer.

Back in the days before we had a kiddo, we had time to do things like make sushi rolls for lunch… or even go out for lunch… though that was curbed by covid first.

I fast for 16 to 18 hours a day. If I fast until 9 AM I’ll have 4 hardboiled eggs, Noosa Yogurt, and some laughing cow cheese. On 18 hour fast days I’ll skip this meal. For lunch, I’ll have a turkey sandwich on whole-wheat bread with guacamole spread on both slices.

I’ve been losing anywhere from 2-4 lbs per week. I’m also tracking calories, working out daily, and listening to Emperor Fitness ST2.

I am looking better and better everyday with my current stack and i am learning to let go of silly things which would otherwise annoy me. When i feel good i always eat well.

@SaintSovereign @Fire do not be afraid to chime in and share with us all.

I have very simplistic tastes with food. I don’t really experiment much either. Breakfast is eggs and bacon. Like, everyday. I skip lunch because I like to keep my mind 100% sharp for most of the day.

Dinner is usually simple too. My fiancĆ©e is Latina, so when she cooks, it’s something lined meat with Latin slices, rice, beans. If we order out, it all depends. It’s really pretty random, but simple.

Sighs
Wife is currently there to see a Neurologist and trying to figure out her Conversion Attacks, I told her this is literally fixable with Sub or Hypnosis :expressionless: but she got a hard time trusting me…

What’s a conversion attack, @BrainDance? First time am hearing that.

Conversion disorder is a mental condition in which a person has blindness, paralysis, or other nervous system (neurologic) symptoms that cannot be explained by medical evaluation

tho this is what the doctor said after the 3rd time she ended up in the ER, and the Neurologist at first Glance mentioned ā€œMultiple sclerosisā€ which was negative… shes been tossed around by doctors blindly for a few years
