Breakfast - Chai and bread/cheese

Lunch/Dinner - Chapati/curry (sometimes eggs). Curry can be veg or nonveg.

Tea time - Chai and fried snacks

Coffee once in a rare while. Shawarma on Shawarma Sundays. Chicken or Mutton Biryaani on special celebratory occasions like birthdays, Christmas, Easter, etc.

Typical Indian Diet.

During the week, I’ll usually just start out the day with about 11 ounces of water with the juice of half a lemon. I’ll have a cup of coffee with collagen powder. Then I’ll usually have half a banana with a teaspoon of peanut butter or I’ll switch up the banana with some other fruit.

For lunch, it’s usually a protein smoothie with frozen fruit, matcha tea powder, and spinach leaves. I usually use almond milk to make the smoothie. Sometimes I use yogurt with the protein powder and frozen fruit for more of a healthy ice cream type of treat. Just put it all in the blender.

I almost always have 8 11 ounce glasses of water a day.

I like to have avocado with my dinner because I notice a difference in my skin the next day when I have the avocado at night.

My partner uses V Shred to plan out his meals and workout routines. He’s getting really good results doing this. I think the plan was under $50.

Have you tried tongkat ali

I know people who sweeten them. Others add some lemon juice and a bit of salt or they just blend it into their smoothies. I don’t like avocados when they are too ripe.

You can always take some avocado, mash it up and apply it to your face for ten minutes. It will smooth out your skin and either firm it or hydrate it, depending on the type of avocado you use. You can also put some in your hair for about twenty minutes before you wash it off. You’ll get instant shine and hydration.

Breakfast? That is that thing people do when they don’t have to go into the office, right?

I have never really had time for breakfast and for lunch I may have one or two pieces of fruit and a glass of something with calories. But basically even before I learned about intermittent fasting I rarely ate before 15:00.

After I learned about intermittent fasting, I pretty much never ate before 17:00 and then it’s dinner which I try to make as healthy as possible.

There have been 2 exceptions to this habit.

There was a period during which I figured it would be far more logical to start with the biggest meal of the day and end with the lightest meal, so I had full dinner between 5 and 7 in the morning, before work. The basic steamed vegetables, potatoes and some meat was the norm.

Another time after I had first started juicing I took the recipe for a breakfast smoothie and started adding stuff onto it until it contained pretty much everything I thought a human being would need which was also available year-round at a decent price. I have the composition somewhere but it has been a while, but let me think…

If you're interested:

Frozen banana, two glasses of milk (later 1 milk and 1 yoghurt since 2 yoghurts made the end result too thick), a bowl of mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberryies and blackberries I believe), a bowl of muesli mixed with nuts, a scoop of whey powder, a cube of ginger, a teaspoon of honey, some frozen kale or spinach and finally two juicing oranges with the skin peeled off but the pith (white stuff, very beneficial) intact (used to be a glass of fresh orange juice but I got lazy and just dropped in the oranges, saving on cleaning a juicer). A tablespoon of psyllium husks for fibre too I think. I may have forgotten something still.

Blend for a while, it ends up a little bit thicker than a standard smoothie (depending on the milk/yoghurt ratio). With all the frozen stuff it was really chilled and especially if I had recently fasted it was like I could feel the vitamins and goodness lighting up every part of my body as it went down. The taste is sweet due to the berries, orange juice and honey. Don’t swallow right away but keep it in your mouth a bit, letting the sensors on the tongue figure out what’s what and prepare the digestion.

We’re talking 2000+ cals in a single meal out of a blender. Without the spinach/kale it comes out a bit purple with litlle black dots (blueberry seeds) all over. With the kale/spinach it goes a bit more brown. I sporadically added one or two sticks of celery. Be careful with the amount of ginger since it gives the drink an afterbite (but ginger is always great for detox).

I had one a day after work for months and experienced a constant energy high and the only dishes I had was the blender. Been meaning to go back to it.

PS Alternatively, eat like Hobbits:

7:00am – Breakfast
9:00am – Second Breakfast
11:00am – Elevenses
1:00pm – Luncheon
4:00pm – Afternoon Tea
6:00pm – Dinner
8:00pm – Supper

Excellent Excellent i really dont understand why people drink. I think its evolved into a social thing where one must consume alcohol to be seen as one of the tribal members.
