Since I am doing intermittent fasting I am starting to eat with light lunch which is a bowl of some fruits(berries or cherries) with a hand of almonds, honey, and 4 teaspoons of oats plus one sheep 200ml yogurt.
And my dinner is around 17-18 o’clock and it is the bigger meal of the day. Which are many times vegetable + potatoes, rice or sweet potatoes + eggs, salmon, cod, chicken and second small dinner later

I like your style light lunches they are a good idea as they are less prone to giving you insulin spikes and thats bad news for your health and when you want to focus on work after lunch

It is not like I like light lunches per se, but I am lazy to cook twice a day. Just doing a cooking only for dinner time :). But you got that right with insulin spike and one need also to continue with work.

I usually don’t eat breakfast at all. Lunch and dinner usually consists of a mixture of vegtebles (kale, zucchini, lettuce, onion etc.), and I usually chop some nice sausages in there together with nudles or rice. I would like to add more fish, but there’s such a bad and boring supply of fish in this part of the world.

I drink mostly water and occasionally some Powerade or similar if I have recon. I take supplements such as multi vitamines, ashwagandha, and some other.

I’m not even from the emirates though :upside_down_face::sob:

As for the food stuff, my meals are very much based on the requirements for the subs, as well as the time of the day, but generally there’s fast food (or grab n go food) involved due to me being on a tight schedule, as well as due to me following the IIFYM diet (if it fits your macros), which allows for flexibility.

However, Ramadan starts in a couple days, meaning I will be on a 2 meals a day schedule, which will mainly be based around having slow release carbs (complex carbs) as the glycogen from those sources tends to stay much much longer in the body, which is very helpful for those who fast, with an additional scoop or 2 of casein protein before bed.

After Ramadan though, I’m just going to sign up at a bodybuilding friendly restaurant for a monthly meal plan, should keep my diet clean, and save me quite a bit of time each day.

Global intelligence? Jury’s out.

But here’s what I eat.

My most common meals are poké bowls. Usually somewhere between 1:30 and 6 pm i’ll have one.

I agree with D3 and lion’s mane. But in my experience, I took many times maca and never had any obvious benefits.

5-6 eggs and one avocado for breakfast, every day. Nutrition wise you can’t wish for more.

If I have an appetite I usually eat scrambled eggs with Mrs.Dash Extra spicy no salt seasoning (:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:)

No appetite i load up on green tea ( I have a republic of tea collection I’m obsessed).

Lunch usually somthing light like almonds / pistachios. Iceland Greek yogurt (key lime)with pumpkin seeds. Or a pinapple/lemon/ginger smoothie with some blue spirulunia.
