I’m not even from the emirates though

As for the food stuff, my meals are very much based on the requirements for the subs, as well as the time of the day, but generally there’s fast food (or grab n go food) involved due to me being on a tight schedule, as well as due to me following the IIFYM diet (if it fits your macros), which allows for flexibility.
However, Ramadan starts in a couple days, meaning I will be on a 2 meals a day schedule, which will mainly be based around having slow release carbs (complex carbs) as the glycogen from those sources tends to stay much much longer in the body, which is very helpful for those who fast, with an additional scoop or 2 of casein protein before bed.
After Ramadan though, I’m just going to sign up at a bodybuilding friendly restaurant for a monthly meal plan, should keep my diet clean, and save me quite a bit of time each day.
