What do the stars tell us about world events

I’m interested in knowing what the astrology and psychic enthusiasts here think - are world events actually predestined? Did those people who claim to have accurately predicted the future actually had some insights into what would happen or just happened to be lucky?

I’m also thinking of something like perhaps a nuclear attack that kills 1 million people at once . Was the death of those who died actually predestined? Would that mean that their life span had been already been written in the stars, or did all of these 1 million people who died actually have a certain line on their palms?

Predestination?

It’s a kind of grandiose concept. (I’m not saying you are grandiose for using it.)

If you live in Toronto, Canada and you put a block of ice in front of your home in December, it is predestined to melt completely sometime before July.

It is not magick that allows you to predict this. It is familiarity with various cycles and characteristics of nature.

So I think that the more one is familiar with and observant of cycles and natural phenomena, the more one will be able to make accurate educated guesses or predictions; (particularly when one is predicting beings or events that are lower in creative intention, imagination, impulse).

But this man writes directly on the topic of your thread.

And thanks to @Beowulf for recently drawing my attention to a recently produced high-quality documentary based on his work.

What @Malkuth said

Jung calls astrology the “intuitive method”. He declared on multiple occasions that he verified that certain psychological states or specific events correlated with planetary movement. “Particularly when Saturn and Uranus were affected”, he declared in 1954 during an interview.

Astrologers and Jung
Astrologers, for their part, agree with many of Jung’s points. They insist on the existence of invisible forces that give a particular sense to all that happens.

“The force that moves the sun and the stars is the same force that moves the human soul,” said the famous Spanish astrologer Lluís Gisbert
