Well Rounded Greatness - Ascension & Others - Jouissance

I’ve had wealth stacks…

I’ve had seduction sprints…

I’ve had spiritual/healing phases…

But what my Ascension run has taught me so far is I don’t have to choose success in one category of life at the expense of another.

I’m finally Ascending into well rounded greatness and pursuing success in every area of life

With Ascension at the core of my journey, this is the first time I’ll ever have a 3 name-embedded stack.

  1. Ascension ST2 Core + Wanted Physical Shifting Module

  2. Primal Core + Peace Core

  3. Executive Core + Dopamine Mastery Module

While the titles may alternate over time, the core goal remains the same. As I get older (31 now) and wiser (made many more mistakes than I did 10 years ago) I’m starting to really understand what I want for my life and that it’s not simply a material thing.

Love, Joy, Peace, Freedom

It’s that simple

And so this is a sprinting marathon towards my ideal life, the life I feel ready to claim and now need to walk towards.

  1. Love in my life. Not just sex or connection but real love.

  2. Joy & Compassion in my work. Not just wealth or ease but loving what I do and loving the life it creates for me, and that it helps other people grow and make their lives better too.

  3. Freedom in my life. Not the freedom of responsibilities, but the freedom from obligation, and the freedom to
    choose my own responsibilities.

The goals of this journal are, at present, easily understood from the titles in the stack.

I don’t want to make it too black and white.

Does “love” look like marriage? Or does it look like a stable but easygoing relationship? Or does it look like short term love? I don’t know yet. It may even change from day to day! Why does one type of love invalidate or exclude the other? I’m excited to explore this.

Does my ideal version of wealth look like a business, a job, a side hustle? I don’t know, but I’m excited to follow my desire for service & expression and then see where that takes me.

Speaking of where life will take me… what country will I live in? What type of life will I live? I don’t know yet, but I’m leaving Canada in the next 60 days to go find out,

What I do know for sure is that the daily actions to get there are what matter most. My pursuit of Peaceful Productivity will have me meditating, yoga, TRE, and reflecting more. That peace will lead to easier expression of my wealth and seduction life. The productivity from The Executive will give me momentum that feels monumental instead of my normal sluggishness that leaves me feeling behind.

And my body will be the first thing I create, because for the first time in my life it’s time to really create the body I want for myself instead of just taking the “fast metabolism + explosive strength” genes I have for granted

Stay tuned

Goal #1: Go 30 days without any sort of nicotine except nicotine patches to help me quit.

Bookmarking this post to myself to be reminded of it in 30 days and I will post whether I passed/failed this challenge then.

Been 19 months for me easily one of the best decisions I ever made. Best of luck

It’s actually a beautiful synchronicity.

Call this a possible insight from Peace.

I first got into vaping the first time I ever drove my best friend to the US from Canada to go spend time with her girlfriend.

Today, I’m driving her to the US, but this time to move to the US permanently.

My nicotine addiction started and ended on this very same road trip, the same car, the same person.

There’s a beautiful narrative there - the start and end of a chapter of life that had it’s ups and downs but was all in all one of the best chapters of my life

And it’s still early on in the Epic that is me writing my life

That is kinda beautiful in its own way. I was kind of the same way I started by just driving around listening to music for hours just thinking about life smoking cigs and that’s how it ended as well. I think that is definitely a sign you have been looking for.

Switching my framing around my online business from being attention-focused to being product focused.

It was a great shift and makes the work much more immediately do-able.

Instead of getting viral first and then “figuring out how to monetize it”

I simply have to build digital products and then create online assets dedicated to marketing them.

@dailyrepsguy on IG posted his finances and he said he only made 2k on July from Skool, only 3k from brand deals, but 17k from PDF’s

In one month

I had no idea people bought PDF’s… and yet I’ve bought one too!!

I’m not into “going viral” for its own sake but when I develop a fully fleshed out methodology I naturally feel like sharing it

Semi related: great interview with Sam Ovens & Cole Gordon on how Sam created Skool and turned it into a $1B software company
