It’s often the case that the moment when you start to get too confident/arrogant in your abilities is when the universe quickly reveals to you that more work needs to be done. Got that reality check today after feeling myself too much yesterday.

Out of Stark, Emperor and Ascended Mogul, Emperor easily has the best physical shifting.
I’m really surprised at how similar my experiences on Emperor and WANTED have been.
Physical shifting in terms of what?
Speed of visible results were much quicker and more apparent with Emperor compared to Stark and AM.
The physical shifting I’ve seen it effect so far is entirely upper body, and specifically with shoulders, pecs and jaw.
What about aesthetics?
Very masculine aesthetic IMO. Like I said, sharper jaw + larger shoulders + more apparent pecs should give a good idea on what the aesthetic looks like.
Seems like Emperor can be even better than wanted regarding physical changes.

My experience of Emperor has been very similar to my experience of WANTED, not just with physical shifting but with reactions from women. It’s a very impressive sub.

Haven’t touched Wanted in 5 months.
Extremely frustrated with myself, and how shit I’ve been at the gym lately. It’s just not clicking the way it was before, and it’s driving me crazy. Spartan gave me more of a drive sure, but not enough for me to feel it worthy of a spot in my stack.
Thinking about trying EF ST2, just to see what that can do for me. If that doesn’t work out, I really feel like it’s time to get the Muay Thai Mastery custom going.

Hmm, the new objectives for Spartan are making me wonder if I dropped it too quickly. Was thinking about starting EF ST2 today but maybe I’ll be better off sticking to Spartan. I’ve only ran it for 1 cycle after all, which really isn’t giving it much justice.
