Better integration for me. And it is not about the time of washout. At the moment I have two listening day per week, so every week, I have 5 days off to process the subliminals. Washout are almost not necessary since I rarely experience recon.

The opposite, recon for me is when my mind is trying to process all the subliminals, its draining in terms of energy and can generate emotions I don’t like such as anxiety, hopelessness and anger for example.

When in strong recon, it is way harder for me to take action, and even manifest shit.

Ever tryed to focus on work to be the most productive you ever been in your life while your thoughts are running like crazy? Have you tryed to get with a girl when you are angry and resentful at the world? Or when you feel crazy anxious? Yeah, it’s hard and not efficient.

Results usually kick in fast, then I hit a small. patch of recon before coming back normal where subliminals works. I get results primed for 5-7 days before I feel the effect die down a bit. Usually I try to stay with subliminals with the minimal amount of recon possible unless my aim is deep growth. When I need to take action, the less recon, the better.

So in the end I chose to input less subliminals, less frequently, take more action and let subliminals do what they have to do in the background.

Honestly, the more my mind is processing, during rest days or washouts the lazier I tend to be physically

dude, I can’t really say. My workout schedule is fixed, 6 workouts a week and it changes only if I’m ill. 3 days is intense HIIT training: max insanity program.
I never had issues running even terminus customs in Q 18-20 hours a day, customs with 5 cores or 4-5 ZP programs.
Do I believe workouts helps with this? Sure. Do I have any proof? not really, I dont want to give up workouts to check :smiley:

I can add to this that yoga also works.
Even the “chill” Yin Yoga has an effect on my recon being lowered.
However, I cannot judge which one is “better” or “stronger” (yoga or working out)

When I first tried to abuse the listening time I have this dizziness, nausea, etc. so I meditate to get control of myself. What I understand is the subs in my mind does not match the reality from the outside, so I felt bad. So I tried to supply the make-believe reality to fool my mind that it is true - making myself comfortable with the uncomfortable so to speak.

Rest and sleep is very important. Eat well too. It isn’t the longer listening time but rather shorter is ideal. You can’t enjoy its fruits when your head is spinning.

I still do washout even though I don’t have after effects. I keep my focus on things that I want to happen and thankful with them.

Reason why I just started a 3 week washout. After 3 rounds cramming all that subliminal information into my brain, I need time to process it and let it bloom.
I actually stopped doing the recommended 5 day washout. My washouts are a week long. Minimum. Sometimes you just need to let your brain rest and process things at its own pace.

I wish there was some fusion of Bodybuilding and Yoga. Like doing biceps curls while you are in the Vrikshasana pose.

I was watching a show on Netflix other day that mentioned fusion yoga. I was like wtf is that?!

Googled it & it described what you’re mentioning here. Yoga mixed with other physical practices like Pilates, weight training, dance, or martial arts.

I’ve been doing this for years as part of my own physical practice, but now as a certified yoga teacher ~ this may be my calling. :smirk:

Hey, y’all how many days of washout do you have?
For me, it is a problem to determine how many days I need. I basically feel normal from the second or third day.
I am asking because today is my fourth day and just wanna start a new cycle with Phoenix tomorrow without any waiting. I mean that one fifth day.
