Washouts longer than a few days

I think the key is balance more so than intensity.

And in turn, the key to flow is ‘alignment’ more so than ‘force’.

Experiment and find the forms, quantities, and intensities of physical (and other) activity that ‘tune’ your instrument to The Key of @sid.

I was quite intense since February walking in a treadmill 6 days a week one hour daily was the rule.
Not notice any relation.

I’d say those 2 are related.

I don’t think I shared the story of my childhood or what even got me into fitness, but the attitude I got over the years, especially beating anorexia, was a key part of my growth, even before subs.

In a way, the gym saved me from trips to the ER and having glucose injected in me :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
That definitely adds to the mindset :muscle:t3:

When I do longer washouts, it’s usually done unintentionally. I just don’t want to run subliminals.

Have done it twice. Once the washout was a month. And another time it was two months. After which I either resumed my stack or started a new one.

I didn’t think too much about it. Maybe the need for a washout was (from the) subconcious. Running subliminals for 3 years and my subconcious demanded a vacation haha.

Is there any relation between the physical activity and the need for more washout while using your stack.
I did not. I started doing exercise because my intense daily study was making me very sedentary. So, I somehow took the habit of daily walking. I just use QL ST4 2 or 3 times per week.

This for the longer washout period great , what about between cycles do you have washout 5 days or more than that . Do you find any relationship between have dedicated physical activity during the cycle affects your need for less or more washout days ?!

I selected the 2nd one since exercise inherently washes the recon and it also speeds up the physical shifting.

Usually I take 3 days washout. Sometimes 5 or 7 days if I feel like it.

Haven’t noticed this. I am not a very physical person lol.

The underlying question from @sid is, I think, ‘Do you notice any relationship between Physical Activity and the degree or type of Recon that you experience?’

Although it was not mentioned, I think it is implied.

I believe Subliminal Club has designed their programs to take into account the natural physiological and psychological processes of the individual. I think they’ve done a great job in determining those guidelines for washout days to allow the body to rest and recover.

I am not that sure whether much physical activity is that flow factor.
Just for comparison.
First of all.
You are working out frequently, me as well.
I have a rest day only when Oura ring tells me that my HRV is not that ok and I should chill a bit.
There is a difference in that you are going to the gym and I am doing it with pull up bar parallel bars and my body weight. But I would say it is similar when it comes to active time.

Second.
We are both Mensa eligible members.

Third
This one is a difference. I am twice of age as you.

There are of course many differences but I am not going further.

My theory is that you have either a specific structure of your brain that can handle it more or smoking particular substances opened your mind more.
But of course, I am just thinking out loud and it could be anything.

Recon Free-Flow

Between exerting myself from challenging my identity to pushing my physical body just beyond my ‘edge’ (David Deida term, see the Way of the Superior Man, for reference), I rediscover a different ceiling every day.

@Invictus and others that have been called high-flow here could contribute to that point more than I am willing to go into here.

So, in my own musing…

1.) Physical Movement

• moving the body through emotional ‘issues’ - for lack of a better term right now - when you have the space and privacy to do is a major recon buster.

Dancing with hyper-body-awareness of the moment clears any recon I have with 10 minutes.

With or without music. My environment provides the beat, I simply match a rhythm that serves.

Working out, for me personally, is an intuitive process. Meaning, regardless of the rationalization or excuse, if I’m working, I use every moment I can harmoniously to test my body in balance and equilibrium, harmony in various considerations and alignment with my higher (i.d, mental, emotive) intent.

Recon for this ninja is a reminder, a nudge.

2.) Music

Recon measures:

When I am feeling some type of way, I go onto one of my playlists on Spotify, play something at random and compare how I emotionally respond to it.

The reaction/response tells me a lot of my inner state and from there, I either return to 1.)

Or…

3.) Meditation/Mindfulness

4.) Singing

5.) Finding the nearest person that looks like they’re willing to be a victim of my radiance :grin:

Continuing on, then, my level of physical, mental and recently emotional activity does not allow recon to settle for me.

No grass up under my feet” as my father likes to say.

"Onwards and upwards is my response, mantra and slogan in great or terrible times and it works!

This too shall pass!

I answered truthfully, I did not notice the correlation before
however the last 3 months I’ve worked out 4-6 days a week
and I’m able to run significantly more volume on my loops.

I believe a healthy workout schedule for many reasons will improve subliminal effectiveness as well as reduce recon.

Working out definitely helps with understanding recon on all levels !

Working out bridges the recon gap, mentally and physically

Working out releases feel good hormones to make life enjoyable

Working out provides a very strong psychological understanding of how tricky recon is

It is due to the physical shifting programs and their results that I believe in the results from more “inner” programs like every single alpha program.

Working out and frequently taking photos of yourself and your face is a sure way to never ever fall for recon no matter the program

I like the take a week off as washout, and that’s with a superb flow with myself and my subs. A week off is usually more than enough, and I do it to stay safe

Sure , rebirthing or in other names conscious connected breathing . Where there is no lag between the inhale and exhale . And you breathe on the upper chest . Other methods use the same breathing technique but breathe in the belly
