First day of listening to this pretty dense custom. Will be starting out with a 3min microloop to cover most of WB Core scripting. Goal with this custom was to hone in on physical shifting while also slowly building a potent sexual + romantic aura over time.

Thank you! I figured I can hit the 3 minute mark since I have Pragya and many other result/processing enhancers in the custom.

By the way, I should mention I’m running this with a microloop of RotNW (major). Forgot to put that in the original post for some reason lol.

Also: after listening to 1x microloop of this custom and 1x microloop of RotNW, my head felt this noticeable pressure on it. As such, I made myself (and am currently) listening to Solfeggio tones. An experienced sub user (@masterfu678) said they experienced benefits - such as less recon - from listening to Solfeggio tones after purposely overexposing themselves to their SC stack.

Note: after listening to these tones for a few minutes, my head feels much less pressure on it. Maybe the pressure feeling was just a figment of my imagination but either way, these tones seemingly helped relieve it.

Lol Yeah that’s super dense. Not to sound critical, but I think there might be too much in the custom, like there’s too much to process. Personally I would’ve removed a few of the result enhancers (like just keep Pragya and Divine Dominion) because when there’s too much to process, it’ll just be more unpleasant (overexposure + recon), and your results may take a long time or even be hampered by too much in the sub. If I were you I’d start with 30 seconds with both, but for now I guess see how things go with the 3 minutes.

Good to know for the future. Yeah we will see how 3 minutes goes, if I stonewall or have any recon then I’ll reduce.

Not to jinx myself either, but I ran WB Major starting off with 2x full loops every other day and never experienced any stonewalling/recon. Some people on this forum have speculated that being younger (I’m 17) has a correlation with better processing results. Likely because the brain is not fully developed yet and the subconscious hasn’t fully found an identity to shape itself around yet. So I’m kinda hoping the fact that my mind is younger will help with processing. Maybe it’s cope, but even if it is it might still make a difference if I believe it to be true

Overexposing means

1 full loop of Love Bomb + Primal Seduction + Primal Night, everyday for 7 days, starting Sunday (Aug 11th) to Saturday (Aug 17th), after that, turn on the Solfeggio Frequency and listen to it in my earbuds until I feel like turning it off, sometimes I fell asleep while having the Solfeggio on.

That’s all I am going to add. For everyone else who is a beginner or experienced veteran, and abiding to listening guidelines, please continue to do so. I’m just experimenting for the sake of experimenting, and science.

I’d like to reinforce this idea here, as @Masterfu678 correctly stated.

Over 8 years of extensive testing, the guidelines that now exist are due to an extremely extensive, in-depth and rigorous process. Some people only need 30 second exposure, some can handle a full loop or two of 15 minutes - the guideline of microloops until sweet spot ensures that one gets the complete benefit of the title without messing themselves up, while applying to each individual’s unique subconscious make up.

As for Solfeggios, in our testing we haven’t found much benefit at all, but if you really want to use them, and just can’t live without some Solfeggios, go ahead - just make sure they don’t have any embedded subliminal input in them, as that will cause unexpected consequences. Also, be aware that if you do mix with Solfeggios, you are experimenting, as we cannot know what’s inside them, so don’t complain if you get weird effects or no results.

Just going to add one little thing here – a question:

If higher exposure led to better results, why wouldn’t we just recommend that you do it? It would lead to better results, thus better reports and thus, more validation that our products works and works well.

The recommend guidelines came from extensive testing – semi-public testing at that, and you can see who tested the Zero Point framework because they have a badge beside their names. Ask them directly what happened when we tested higher exposure. @AlexanderGraves , @Sub.Zero , @Jouissance – you were all there. If you remember, please inform everyone about the higher exposure test.

I’ll never forget @Sub.Zero 's response. He was so frustrated with us because he believed we had nailed the perfect build and was incensed that we were continuing to test other builds when the prior version hit perfectly.

I am doing a side-sub listening schedule to hone in on this custom while slowly building up the other titles in my stack (RotNW, and LO custom). This is COMPLETELY EXPERIMENTAL, and I do NOT advise anybody does this. I just think it fits my personal goals and timeframe, and I got the idea from somebody else on the forum (whose post I cannot find as of rn). The schedule is this:

Day 1: WD:R, RotNW
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: WD:R, LO
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: WD:R, RotNW
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: WD:R, LO
Day 8: Rest
…
Repeat until 2-week mark, then washout for 5 days.

Again, this is COMPLETELY EXPERIMENTAL. Like I said, I personally want to try it out and see if it fits my goals and respective timeframe to achieve them.

Results from Cycle 1, Day 1:

No noticeable recon or stonewalling. In fact I feel more energetic. Could be Synergy: Energetic Transcendence at work here.

• Emperor’s Voice definitely kicked in. My voice is noticeably deeper and calmer today than ever before, despite me keeping the same sleep schedule and most other variables in my life the same.
• RotNW 100% improved the… uhh… the nectar’s “feeling” upon release. Not much more to say about that.
• Not sure if Male Enhancement (ME) has any effect on the hardness of the nectar-tree, but I felt like that the nectar-tree was far more hard than normal. Could also be RotNW’s effects, they seem to be acute for me.

Action Plan:

I’ve been visualizing what I want from physical shifting modules via filters and just closing my eyes while imagining.
I am making sure I get more time out in the sun, especially in the morning. Also, whenever I play with my dog in my backyard, I am doing it barefoot to connect with nature and the earth more.
I am also drinking far more water, making sure I drink 96oz (2.8L) a day. This is in an effort to help bolster energy and combat any potential recon.

If any of you have any suggestions for me, PLEASE LET ME KNOW completely unfiltered. I am really just starting my journey and am mainly on the forums for feedback.
And just so you guys know, I don’t have any plans to up the listening rate past 5 minutes in the near future. I think I will stick to 5 minute loops if I don’t experience any recon/stonewalling.

Results from Cycle 1, Day 3:

Last night I had a wet dream. This is most definitely from this custom, as I also had a wet dream a few days after beginning WB major about a month ago.
No other changes so far. I first started seeing external WB hits about 1.5 weeks after starting the major title, so hopefully that happens for this custom soon. If I don’t see any noticeable hits by the end of the first cycle & washout, I’ll cut down the loops to 3 minutes again. Don’t think I’ll need to though.

Immediate Results Note: While listening to the last ~30s of my WD:R custom, my jaw was literally being shifted and tightened. When I opened my camera I saw that my jaw was 100% more angular. It’s my understanding that physical shifting results usually aren’t acute, but placebo or not, it happened for me today. Ofc it will take many more cycles for my physical shifting to become “permanent”, but I needed to write that down.
NOTE RIGHT BEFORE I POST: The tightness went away now, meaning it was definitely caused from the sub. Actually ecstatic rn because it means physical shifting is already at work not even ONE cycle into running this custom. Now I just let ZP do its memory-repetition thing for the rest of today and tomorrow as the results begin to become long-lasting.

Results from Cycle 1, Day 4:

• WB keeps causing me to have wet dreams; last night I had a wet dream about my ex. Definitely not a negative though, it means it’s working
• Emperor’s Voice continues to have its effects on me. Its effects are probably the most noticeable out of any other module in this custom so far. Usually I’ll have low pitch days & high pitch days with my voice (can thank puberty for that), but now it’s consistently low pitch days.
• DR:LD along with my LO custom (again, in my profile bio) is likely influencing the better results I am getting on my practice SAT exams. Note that I am taking 2mg of TAK-653 daily to enhance my cognitive abilities, so it could be a combination of the subs and the nootropic.
• My recovery time’s from workouts, and my overall performance in the gym, has improved noticeably. I can probably thank SPS: Endocrine System + Epigenetics & DNA Modulator for this. Also note that it could also be a combination of the module along with AscendVital’s AlphaMannans supplement that I am taking right now, which has proven effectiveness in raising total testosterone levels up to 125% over a 2-month period (if I’m not mistaken). The AlphaMannans page on AscendVital has this study, but the page is down rn as the products are currently sold out and unavailable.
• Again, no recon or stonewalling. Upon further research, it’s probably because I have Pragya in my custom, which helps with subconscious processing a shit-ton. Could also be because I’m young and my subconscious isn’t completely molded yet. Doesn’t really matter because either way, 5-minute loops seem to effective for me! Very grateful.

Action Plan:

• Continue taking 2mg of TAK653 daily to improve cognition and IQ, along with my LO custom which contains both the I.Q. and Cognitive Booster and The Streams modules.

• Begin Methylene Blue supplementation sometime next week to improve memory capacity and direct cognitive function.

• Continue AlphaMannans supplementation and observe total testosterone levels as it works alongside SPS: Endocrine System over the next few months. I am getting bloodwork done soon and I will post my initial testosterone levels once it’s completed.

• Continue self-done NCR (neurocranial restructuring) treatment. It is a treatment that loosens up the sutures in your skull, allowing for more/faster physical changes as an adult/late teen (almost simulating that growth plates are still very much open). Dr. Mike Mew has a video about it on his channel which I HIGHLY recommend you watch to understand NCR. I use an adjustable pressure bulb, latex finger cots, sinus relief oil (in a rollerball bottle), and dental floss. The simple guide for this is:

1. setting a latex finger cot onto the end of the adjustable bulb
2. tying dental floss around the latex finger cot for 30 loops, securely tightening it
3. rolling sinus relief oil onto the latex finger cot (to protect turbinates from bacteria and friction, also makes it easier to breathe)
4. using a toothpick (the blunt side) to move the latex finger cot into various nose turbinates (explanation in detailed guide below)
5. pumping the bulb 3-4 times, then letting enlarged finger cot sit while it expands your turbinates for no more than 20 seconds
6. THIS IS A SUMMARY TO HELP THE ADVANCED GUIDE (LINKED BELOW) MAKE MORE SENSE. If you want to try this, you must do your research and find out if you want to do it by yourself or hire somebody who is actually trained to perform it. If you decide to do it yourself, please follow the PDF guide from here. Do NOT use the simple guide I posted in the first 5 steps. Note that I use the Asymmetrical Method from this guide since it has given me the best results.

Disclaimer: My action plan is ENTIRELY experimental. These may or may not conflict with subliminal results. I do not advise anybody to try what I’m doing, but if you must, please do sufficient research on your own.

Results from Cycle 1, Days 5, 6, 7:

• From WB: I continue to have dreams about my exes. About half of them are wet dreams. The main differentiator between the dreaming from my custom and the dreaming from WB Major [for me] is that when I use this custom, the dreams tend to be about my exes, and when I use the major store-title WB, I dream about celebrity women. Maybe there is a module in my custom that makes the dreams from WB much more personal to me.
• From Emperor Fitness Height Inducer: My mom randomly said “you got taller” when I walked past her [on Day 5]. She had never said it before so that was weird. Now, on Day 8, I decided to measure my height (at the same time of the day that I had my doctor’s visit where I last measured, for the most accurate comparison). Most will not believe this since it happened in such a short window, but I actually grew 0.25inches from what was measured at my doctor’s visit 3 weeks ago. Yes, I am in puberty, but given that it’s only been 3 weeks, it’s very out of the norm for my growth patterns. And I mean very. My guess would be that this module is assisting me in maximizing my genetic potential along with Epigenetics & DNA Modulator during my growth phase.
• From Emperor’s Voice: This will be the last time I write about this module unless greater changes happen in a positive or negative way. TLDR: it works. Noticeably, and consistently, deeper voice.
• From SPS: Endocrine System: My libido has never been higher. Obviously I’ll have to wait a few months to test my testosterone levels again (my initial T levels will be reported in this journal this week once I get my results back). However, between the deeper voice and the measured height growth, I’d say that my total & free-based testosterone levels increased. This is most likely because of the custom along with the steps taken in my Action Plan.
• From King’s Radiance & Ethereal Presence: My friends like spending time with me one on one more now. People (especially my tutors) find ways to excuse me for my mistakes and make it anybody’s fault but mine. This didn’t happen before, or if it did, not nearly as much

Action Plan:

• Continue AlphaMannans, Omnibol, Vitamin D3+K2 supplementation from AscendVital.

• So I took my TAK653 supplement yesterday at around 5pm. Because of this, I had very vivid dreams. ALL of the dreams I remembered were about past romantic interests and exes. However, in all of them, it was far less sexual than the first time I ran WB major, and much more relationshipy. There were still some sexual parts in the dream (likely because of RotNW), but like I said, way less than when I ran WB major a while back. Upon lots of thinking this morning, I came to the conclusion that this is ultimately counter-intuitive to the objectives of WB (which is supposed to condition you to be a manwhore), meaning it’s most likely recon. Hence, I’ve decided to cut down my listening time for WD:R (WB custom) from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.
• When shopping with my friend (who does not know anything about subs) yesterday at the mall, he told me that the two cashiers I talked to wanted me. I noticed the attraction from one of the cashiers, who wasn’t what I’d go for, but didn’t notice the other’s until after the interaction when my friend pointed it out. This attraction (which is usually much rarer in my life) can probably attributed to WB and RotNW.

Action Plan:

• Continue AlphaMannans, Omnibol, Vitamin D3+K2 supplementation from AscendVital.
• Continue 2mg daily TAK653 supplementation from EveryChem.
• Continue self-NCR treatment.
• Continue Boron supplementation at 9mg per day.
• Started supplementing 2g of “L-Carnitine L-Tartrate” daily to help increase androgen receptor density and sensitivity.
• Start dream journaling to improve my dream recall/memory. I’ve found dreams are a nice way to measure recon for such powerful titles like WB.

Decided I am going to start my washout today and go back to the original listening schedule in 5 days (September 1st) when I resume using subs. My stack for when I resume will be:

• WD:R (this custom)
• RotNW (Revelation of the Nectar Within)
• RoD (Revelation of Dreams)

I dropped my LO custom and want to include RoD since I’ve noticed dreams can be very powerful for analyzing the subconscious, and especially for identifying recon. I will eventually resume my LO custom, but I worry that because it’s so dense, it’s conflicting with the processing queue of this very other dense custom (WD:R) which I want to prioritize.

I did actually get recon. WB made me want to get into a relationship, and I began to regret how I ended things with certain girls before. It was basically the opposite effect. Also my dreams were all about exes and past romantic interests, except they were minimally sexual but very relationshipy. Another sign of recon. Hence I’m washing out early and redesigning my stack to be more focused and less dense. I will be running 3min of this custom once I resume until I’m in the clear again.

Oh for sure. But no recon in the waking hours? Like no irritability, frustration, tiredness, sadness, etc.? If not I’d say that’s pretty good. But maybe the dreams are pretty emotional (I’ve had those types of recon dreams). And yeah at your age I can imagine it being intensely emotional lol, I feel you.
