For emotional cleaning and healing the past, which one do you think would be more useful?
I´m quite new to subs and don´t sem to be able to decide… too many options.

The healing approach of Regeneration allows you to more easily deal with hard to face traumas and limiting beliefs, as it moves at YOUR pace to slowly (or quickly, if you can handle it) dissolve the stronger limiting beliefs, patterns, traumas and emotions until you are ready to break through them.
Sanguine is aimed at reducing stress and daily negativity, but Sanguine: The Elixir takes it a step further by incorporating emotional healing to not only ease daily negativity but also gently uncover and eliminate the root of negative emotions.

As of now, Phoenix would be the best because its completely newly reworked and upgraded with NSE. Phoenix is much intense than the other two, there is no denial about that, its a Dragon Reborn: Phoenix.
Though my first instinct would suggest Sanguine: the Elixir and/or Regeneration, as those take a slow and mild approach to the healing, albeit effective nontheless. I would still recommend going through Phoenix. With the NSE and the remake, it is one of my favorite and one of the most important titles in the store. The changes are nothing short of grand. The speed of the healing, the summoning of the wound, the analysis, the disinfection and transmutation is tremendously fast and effective, the wounds are all stitched in the end, and the scars are transformed into a smoother more resilient skin.
If you do go with Phoenix, practice the safe approach of microloops.

That’s actually a great combo.
Phoenix + Love Bomb + Sanguine for general self healing, a deep healing and rebuilding of a powerful internal state
Phoenix + Sanguine/Lovebomb + GLM/Ascension/Primal for getting that man up

The purpose of the microloops is to find that sweet spot where you are gaining results and not getting as much or no reconciliation.
Start with 30s on you first listen and measure from there. If you are feeling good, or better, then increase to a minute the next listening day. And keep going as such until you start getting symptoms of reconcilliation like anger, brain fog, tiredness, sadness, etc…
So its not set in stones. Starting with a microloop is for dipping your toes into the waters. However, no one can tell but you if you could simply dive into the deep end instead of dipping, except for you. Try 30s-1min and increase from there. You want to start with 3 minutes, that is also fine. Want to go full loop, again that’s okay; as long as you keep in mind that more doesnt mean more results, as that could lead to no results for a day or two. Many factors come into play, things obvious such as sleep and life routines, and others not so such as your inner workings.
If you’re new to subs, I wouldn’t start with a healing title, as there’s already so much healing in normal subliminals,
Further, the new NSE titles have even better healing than non-NSE titles, so much so that it’s been confirmed by the founders that nouveau RICH (an updated wealth manifestation title) will have more financial healing than EOGST1 (a wealth-specific healing title)
So, choose an updated title that suits your needs.
