I slept well tonight.
The weight is not there anymore.
It’s clear now that it wasn’t the subs, I was just sleep deprived.

I’ll still not take any chances though, I’ll still go back down in exposure.


I was thinking more about this, then I looked back at my listening history and realized that the last time I ran WB was April 2024 for 1 cycle.

That was more than a year ago. The longer runs were even farther back in time.
Is it even possible that the “dormant scripting” was dormant & able to be excavated more than a year after?

Anyway, I was also using low exposure with the run in April, but I was using around 10-30s range.
This was when I figured out my max was 24s before lethargy recon started entering.
I actually forgot about the results. From my journal, it was good, but not as good as now.
If it were as good as now, I’d have remembered it well.

I think the difference between my approach to the sub now vs back then is how I gauge the playtime not just by recon, but also by how well I’m adapting to the sub.

Back then I started to feel lethargy recon at 24-30s, which has been a big no-no for me for the longest time since it is the only type of recon that directly goes against my main goals.
But it was also clear that I got overwhelmed by some of the changes back then, though I didn’t know it because I didn’t really pay attention back then. My focus was fully on my other priorities.

Ideally, I don’t have to do this and should be able to just blast 30m while still getting maximum results like I do with DRR3, but the reality is not. I get many recon from WB. That’s why I need to find the sweetspot that works best for me.

Now it is around 4-7s, and I clearly have better results than back then.
I think the key is to find the range that allows you to adapt to it the best.
So including how it affects you in life into the equation is just as important as monitoring the recon.

If you don’t get any significant recon, but you are too unclear about how to follow its changes & what it is trying to help you change in the first place, consider lowering the exposure until you find a level where it is starting to become workable. In normal cases, journaling & taking action should be enough, but in my case with WB, prioritizing this first & foremost clearly works better.


I also hadn’t touched DRR yet at that time.
So it shows how true DRR’s “boosting every other sub going forward” claim is.

When I just discovered SubClub, I figured that I know better than the creators and everyone here and would listen to 5+ subs all day long

Obviously, I didn’t get any results at the time and figured that the subs are BS

Yet, over the next year of rest from subs, I slowly but surely manifested a lot of objectives of the subs in my life, very easily, organically and without even realizing that it happened because of subs lol. So I’m pretty sure that the scripting can stay dormant until the necessary conditions to activate it are met (in my case it was a big break and actions that I took naturally)

That’s enlightening.

I think Mogul is also doing just that for me, even after months of no exposure to it.
The changes are still there even after all this time, and sometimes I think some of the effects are still unlocking themselves even without the sub being in the stack.
These unlocks didn’t make sense to me, so I just chalked it off as being the result of DRR, or I’m just that good at what I do, rofl.

But now that you said that, these might have been Mogul’s work.
Some of the effects are already planted inside my mind, but they haven’t been able to fully express themselves. Just because I can’t see it, doesn’t mean they haven’t taken root & flourished in me.

I think it’s different from my case. For me, it was just an extremely overfilled processing queue

But also, I’m quite sure that once you fully embody a certain state that the subs aim to bring you, you will just naturally start having results in that direction, so to speak. Kind of like a feedback loop

For example, in that crazy stack I used, I had Heartsong, which during that rest period manifested me a girlfriend of my dreams (meaning, she had every trait that I wanted in a girlfriend). Not only that, I’ve never had any relationships before, nor have I had any romantic interests - so it’s pretty clear to me that it’s Heartsong’s manifestation

Now It’s been more than 2 years, and to this day my relationships just get better and tick every objective from old Heartsong’s sales page (just used wayback machine to check old sales page).

Basically, once you’ve fully reprogrammed the mind and achieved objectives, positive results will lead to new positive results and just reinforce the programming

Honestly, my first reaction is also “that’s kinda different”.
But when I think more about it, it is foundationally similar, lol.

It is in a stack with WB.

I found that I can add another sub on top of what I listen that day, even with the stack being 2 full loops, as long as it’s not longer than 50s-1m.
That’s just me though, I can’t recommend it to others since we have different responses to the load.
I also run shorter cycles, which undoubtedly helps me with this.

This is something i just overcame to making crazy large customs,listening everyday and only now deciding to do 5 day washouts instead of 3 day washouts

DRR3 15m LE 15m WB 5s

Getting a bit distracted lately, I miss that raw boost to productivity. LE for a quick boost.

It doesn’t feel “not clicking” anymore after the second day. Normal great effects from WB as usual.
I’ve been slowly but surely adapting to the sub, with great results along the way.


Update 1:

WB’s effects are still clear with 5s.
The social guidance is obvious, easy to follow and manageable.

I’m also sleep deprived today, but I didn’t feel the “something is not clicking” like I did with 8s.
So I can rule out sleep deprivation as the cause. This most likely has to do with something in the 8s range.

LE is working well, I can feel the contrast before & after.

What to do with this data:

  • Keep WB’s loop length around 5-7s. There’s little reason to rush, as I’m getting the results that I want already. But insert 8s once in a while to check my progress on it. I’ll try at least 3-5 times every month.
  • I can use WB for 8s whenever I know I won’t be able to use its effects that day. The “something is not clicking” only stays for a day and disappears right after.
  • LE for emergency is a good idea. I’ll use it whenever I need a quick boost.

As for the difference in load between 30m of DRR3 vs 15m DRR3 + 15m LE, I can’t tell.
I’m too sleep deprived to make a sound judgment, lol.


WB, Mogul & UWX mainly.
I tried to be vague about their results from the beginning, but sometimes I get too excited and share too much. Mostly about when & how much changes happened at that time.

Well, can’t blame myself too much for being excited about lifechanging results.

Maybe LBFH & HeO too.
I’m sure I did well not talking in too much detail about their results, but I still gotta recheck it.

The first sweep of the journal was for redundant entries, the second for privacy.
WB takes priority because god knows I didn’t give a fuck for the last month.
The results were just that good.

I just looked at the list of other journals and found out that this is one of the most viewed on the website. Well, I think I should pick an actual name instead of a random string of characters, rofl.
Maybe I’ll use William for my next name, I’ve never used it anywhere, and it has the same first letter as “winning”

You could also open a ticket and ask about a new name. I’ve seen a few users in here that suddenly changed their name to anon1234456… without using the official channel. And since RV isn’t available via PN, a ticket is the only other way I see they could have achieved this.

Curious what the concern is with sharing results.

The little bit of WB material I just read was interesting and would probably benefit others looking into microloops. Even though its likely its a combo pack of microloops and clearing the processing queue like anon mentioned.

And yeah, pretty sure RV is otherwise occupied. I asked them about their experience with non physical sight in such pursuits 5d ago and still no response; not that it matters because my suspicions have pretty much all been confirmed on my own.

At least I’ll know who it is if I see that title come up now. Only get a chance to keep up with other journals infrequently. Congrats on the results.

It has been a surprising, yet pleasant journey so far.
I’ll still keep journaling about WB, but I’ll be much more selective. The bulk of the information is already written anyway.

Understood. I have myself had concerns about oversharing I’ve done on the forum before, it’s a bit of a balancing trick. That’s why ended up like some others journalling in the Black section, although that’s no guarantee against unwanted attention, there’s enough lack of activity in that locked area to give a sense of security.

There are still certain levels of success I would never journal about, except in a vaguebooking kind of way, because it’s just asking for trouble. The fact that you never know who’s reading you etc.


The blind follow on guidance mentioned some posts back caused some introspection for me. Ever since deepening my research into what some call “the phenomena”, and possibly as early as my forays into RoM back at end 2022/Jan 23, I’ve been aware of the ability of the phenomena to inject thoughts or “guidance” which looks like it comes from within if not carefully scrutinised, but isn’t. Sunlight and plenty of digestible iron will keep it away to some extent, but it helps to be vigilant. But then it depends on the territory you’re covering with the subs and personal life.

I’ve been uncovering clues to some more certain ways to keep the phenomena away when you don’t want it around, but I still need to do some more work to be certain.

DRR3 30m WB 6s

I came up with an idea:

Does the “something not connecting” problem lie in a scripting that shows up at 8s, or is it the listening duration?

If the scripting there is the trigger, then theoretically I should be able to run 7s twice.

7s + 7s

Idk if I want to risk it yet though.
This is also banking on the fact that I found something in 8s to be off.
What if my subconscious has already reconciled with it?

The next listening day will be 7s + 7s.
Then 8s for the next one.

If I don’t get any dissonance from 7s + 7s, but I still get it from the 8s run, that means it is something in the 8s.


Maybe using 7s too for the second play is not necessary, i’ll use 7s + 3s instead.

You could also try 7 Seconds, muting 3 seconds and go for seconds 11-13.

I could, but this is assuming that the scripting “only shows up at 8s” instead of “starting at 8s”.

If my theory above is right, I’ll try this.

Yes, that’s the original plan.
I have nothing to rush with WB though, so I spread it out like this instead of staying on 8s for a few days:

Not as quick, but I should be able to chip it over time eventually, which is more than enough for me.

The experiment I’m gonna do now is to see if it is from the scripting at 8s, or the duration of 8s.

do you not get recon on double loops of DRR3?

I noticed one of the earlier reports of DRR3 30m you reported you felt lethargic.

Nope, it’s not as “invisible” as DRR1 & Mogul, but just a bit more, which isn’t much.

I did get significant recon from DRR3 for about a week when I first started it with microloops, but it was just the usual spike the first time you listen to a sub. Gone in no time.

I can’t recall feeling lethargic on 30m of DRR3.

I’m sure it never dipped in the earlier phase (around 2-3 weeks ago) because I was very mindful about testing both 30m of DRR3 and WB.
Lethargy recon has been my biggest no-no since a long time ago. If I feel it from DRR3, I’d have turned down the exposure already.

Maybe you were reading about my entries from a few days ago?
I did mention lethargy, and I did plan to cut back down on DRR3’s exposure, but it turned out it was because of sleep deprivation. A good night of sleep + emergency LE fixed it.
