Had the same impulse yesterday and ran a full loop of Emperor again. Had a serious headache afterwards. But now it’s gone
The calmness scripting in DRR2 helps my meditation a lot.
I didn’t really like DRR2 at first, but after finding a use with “life appreciation” its scripting for my creativity and seeing the other effects it has, i’m starting to like it.
It also helps that i didn’t rush to 15m this time.
Unlike the first time i ran DRR2, i don’t get any recon now.
I hope it stays that way.
I just realized something important.
The goals I wanted to get by using LBFH had been completed half a year ago.
I enjoy LBFH’s effects, but the difference in my focus now is a bit disturbing.
I realized that i have very little tolerance towards scripting that’s not targeting my goals.
I’m focused on them all day every day, and that’s also how i like my subs to be.
After looking back at my experience with subs, every single aspect that i didn’t need but was “nice to have” ended up being a burden I wasted valuable resources on by having to constantly readjust my focus.
This is a great realization.
I thrive better on subs that directly target my needs.
I probably can’t use any archetypal sub anymore except for HeO since their goals are too broad or just too far from mine.
But now i have a better idea about what subs i want to use.
Owned: DRR, LE, Mogul, HeO
New: Limitless, QL, ME, RM:UA. Then NR & EoG.
Finally I can confidently cut down so many of the “nice to have” subs that i wanted to use like the ASBR, TSo series, Sanguine series, Emp series, the rest of the RM series etc from my wishlist.
No more nice to haves.
If it doesn’t fit my long term goals like a glove, I’m not gonna use it.
I use social medias less frequently.
This is something I just noticed after using LE + DRR2.
I didn’t get this effect from DRR2 when I first used it months ago, so this must be from LE.
LE keeps surprising me even after the lackluster effects the first week I listened to it.
The biggest difference I feel from LE compared to other subs with productivity scripting is the higher, deeper & more genuine ambition.
The ambition is much more straightforward & open than the virtue driven one from HeO.
HeO’s ambition scripting was not as strong, but it was rooted in a path of a higher goal.
One with immense fulfilment when you follow it.
I like them both.
DRR2 5m45s LE 15m
I found a limiting belief that holds me back from setting boundaries.
This is great.
It’s so subtle that I never thought this is a limiting belief before.
I just became aware of it.
DRR2 is doing its job.
This stack is perfect to run with HeO.
I don’t know whether I should or not, I like a 2 sub stack more than 3.
Well, HeO is just another “nice to have” at this point, it has changed me enough that I don’t need it in my stack anymore.
I wonder how much of Limitless will be carried over to Mind’s Eye now that it will be under the Limitless series.
I’ll ask them later when ME is out.
Fuck it.
I like what I get from LE.
I want the effects to stick.
I will use it for 9 months.
That’s around 10-11 cycles for the normal 26 day schedule.
Just a bit less than the length of time I used Mogul, LBFH & HeO.
It’s the tried & true amount of time for me to ensure that the changes stick.
I don’t care if the copy says it’s for short term goals, I like what I see and that’s good enough for me.
I also like the effects I got from DRR2.
I’ll slowly go to DRR4. 1 stage for 2.5 months each (around 3 cycles).
Then I’ll start DRG after it.
DR is giving me the most ROI for everything in my life.
It acts as a great booster for other subs in the stack too on top of it.
I can see myself running DR for years just for the boosting effects alone.
I don’t see the need for a custom now.
This stack fills almost everything that I want.
I also like a 2 subs stack more than 3, so a custom won’t have a place in my stack.
I’ll reserve the 3rd spot for short term goals when I really need it.
I’ll visit the custom I planned again in half a year.
I have been planning to get one for more than a year now, but it keeps getting pushed back because the normal subs are proving to be more than good enough for my needs.
The normal majors are just that good on their own.
They are fast, they hit deep & they affect almost everything I want.
Meditation is easier with LE + DRR2.
I like this.
Ah, I finally realized why I’m so opposed to the idea of LE as a “short term” sub.
Even the grandest 30 year vision needs to be broken down… first into a 5 year goal, then a 1 year goal, then a quarterly goal, then a monthly/weekly/daily goal. Then a task…
So it doesn’t matter how grand the 30 year vision is, it’s nothing more than a combination of prioritized short term goals.
There’s building the vision which is long term, but carrying it out is always a series of short term priorities that stack together to build momentum
From what i understand from the description of LE,
The Executive function should be for any length of goals.
But the Beyond Limitless part excels at enhancing what you already have, it doesn’t really expand it.
At least not as well as Limitless or QL. That’s the “short term”-ness that we are referring to.
Here is straight from BL’s copy:
What’s the difference between Limitless and Beyond Limitless? While the scripting is similar, the intended results are much different. Beyond Limitless has a tighter focus, aimed at helping you maximize your current cognitive abilities rather than expanding it, like Limitless. This means Beyond Limitless’ effects will be noticeable much quicker. It also means that Beyond Limitless may be more suitable for cognitively demanding events that will occur in the near future, like an upcoming test. Limitless, with it’s long-term focus, is designed to massively boost your cognitive abilities, but this process takes longer due to the depth and complexity of the design goal.
Simply put: If you have a task that requires studying, solving problems, etc. AND it’s going to occur in the very near future. Go with Beyond Limitless. For long-term cognitive enhancement, use Limitless.
@AnswerGroup does this description still hold up for LE? or has it undergone a different direction after it was made into ZP?
Since I plan to use LE for 9 months, I did wonder if making a custom of the normal Limitless + The Executive will give me a higher ROI for the long term cognitive enhancement part.
But LE + DRR is enough for what I need, so I’m not really considering it at the moment.
I stopped caring about whether it was for short or long term after I saw that the effects were enough for my needs.
LE 15m DRR2 5m
So far i noticed i need to eat & sleep more.
My sleep now is around 8-10 hours a day.
I was also not as productive today, i needed to take the extra rest.
Well, i don’t take a break on weekends anyway.
So it’s not strange that my body needs the extra rest to adapt & recover to the new load.
I like this pacing.
It’s above my comfort zone, but not too much like when i used DRLD.
Now i just gotta adapt to the changes.
Find the balance and slowly improve from there.
To go fast, you gotta master slow first.
I think my sweet spot for DRR2 is around 4m30s.
There’s a feeling inside that alarmed me when i passed it.
For LE, no alarm.
I can use it for 15m with no recon or sub-induced lethargy.
I spend around 30 minutes a day total in the forum.
This has been a good alternative to scrolling social media, but it is still one.
I will (again) go on a forum hiatus until i find a good balance of social media usage.
Right now, i spend around 1 hour a day on leisure social media scrolling including the forum. Mostly when i’m resting or eating.
This spikes when i’m resting from work for the entire day.
LE makes me want to optimize my schedule even more. I will follow it strictly first, then once I’ve become more familiar with it, I’ll find the best ways to include the forum & social media back into my life.
This also works well for keeping my commitment to staying with LE for 9 months. I still want to get updates on the upgrades though, so i will open the forum at least once a month.
I went too hard too quickly in reducing activities.
I need to take it a bit slower first.
But overall, I have been successful in doing more essential productive activities.
I’ll try to be more lenient to myself, and slowly increase the productivity from there.
I’m ready for EB.
The short term creativity boost from LE is… meh.
The creativity boost from LE doesn’t feel even a bit similar to RM:UWX or the experimental RM:V.
Honestly, it feels less impactful.
It’s not an RM product after all.
The creativity boost from RM products are so much better whether it’s for work or artistic stuff.
I was expecting a bit more from LE.
Although it has only been 1 cycle, i have been using cognitive enhancement subs for more than a year. Combined with the supposedly “short term” focus of LE, i expected more from LE in the short term since it specializes in it.
If it’s for long term goals, i believe LE can give me better creativity as time goes.
But for short term, it’s a bit underwhelming compared to the short term effects for creativity i got from other subs.
It’s either LE is not as strong as the others, or i have hit a point of diminishing return with creativity scripting.
Either way, LE doesn’t have a spot in my stack for short term goals.
That’s my review for LE’s short term creativity boost.
The cognitive enhancement in general is not bad, i can see it working, but my goal with LE is more towards creativity, so the cognitive enhancement mostly falls under the “effects that are just nice to have”.
The productivity boost though, that’s a whole other story.
I’m very satisfied by it.
Stacked with DRR, it’s by far the most complete combination for increasing productive i have ever felt.
This is the best productivity boosting stack.
This makes me think.
If the productivity effects are this strong, but the boost towards creativity is not that much, then why don’t i focus on productivity now and creativity later with the custom i planned?
After using & adapting to LE, i become more sure that i can handle EB.
I’ll alternate them. 1 month LE, 2 months EB. For 9 months. Then I’ll switch to the custom.
viktor was looking for a creativity boost which he didnt get as much as he wanted with but the productivity boost was insane for him
@Greybomb check out this thread for a whole bunch of productivity script testing
Cant wait to see your experience on EB
I need to rest.
LE has been intense.
I cut a lot from my life.
Social media, idle chatter, activities etc.
“Do i need this?”
“I should stop.”
Those keep coming to my mind until i completely stop, or do them significantly less than usual.
And it turns out i don’t miss them that much.
This is what makes me certain that i’m ready for EB.
I still need to adapt to it though.
Find the balance and improve from there.
Resting is important for the long term sustainability of what i do after all.
There is recon from DRR2 too, but it doesn’t make me lethargic so i don’t mind it.
I prefer DRR1 still. After more than a year using SC, I realize i have low tolerance for scripting that are not directly addressing my goals.
DRR2 is a good healing title, it’s working great so far.
But i just can’t be bothered with healing now.
I like DRR1’s invisible but potent boosting ability more.
But I will still use the rest of DRR stages, then DRG.
I want to see how different i will come out after the crucible.
Thanks to 1.5+ years of SC & meditation, compared to most people, i have significantly fewer psychological problems. Even with how hectic my life is. DRR further enhances it.
Combined with the boost from LE, i can afford to go through any recon as long as it doesn’t make me lethargic.
The potential gains that i can get from the entirety of DRR is clear. I’m willing to make the investment.
@Prioritas
Take a look at my LE + DRR journal for these past few weeks.
This is exactly what the stack has accomplished for me so far.
It is the most effective combination i’ve ever used.
just curious, what is more attractive about EB → LE to you? If LE is making you feel like you’re ready for EB?
