Running Stage 2 of Ultima for the first time.
Sunday, July 5, 3:15 pm.
Noticing what feels like an oblong ball of achy energy within the skull.
Laying in a chair and fully focusing on the masking sound.

Feeling a calm come over me as I get a few minutes into listening.
There is something very energetic and vibratory while listening to this. It is like a calm energy infusion.
Had a hypnagogic image of inflating a floating monster to the point it that it explodes.
Fell asleep during listening while still having a sense of being energized.
Feel optimism and energy in the aftermath of listening.

I have not run “Stark” prior to this. Will be interested to see how it may manifest.

I guess I figured so. Maybe not? No stage 2 B has yet been released.
No B yet, so I am figuring there won’t be one.
Ok, so I ran Stage 2 A this morning.
Running Stage 2 A: 7:40 pm. Second run.
Running 2 A: 6:40 am.
Just continuing it for a second loop.
I must travel back to where I live today and feel so mournful and sorrowful.
I finished listening to Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse Five. At times I was on the verge of tears it is such a sad book.
Is Ultima having some effect on this?
