I just read emotional control thing and said phoenix

Honestly, despite the strong answer, the copy itself mentions depression a few times.
My fiancee ran Phoenix during the worst part of her depression and it worked well.
So in my opinion, not the worst recommendation.

Btw, the second one of the Franz Ludwig Catel post reminds me of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. It plays in England, around the year 1000.
