Thats a great idea! I think I can do a sort of washout, only listening my custom ultima a couple of times when needed.

Hey @anon2351792 ive been meaning to ask how has the Story Teller module been working for you? Have you noticed benefits from that module?

Nothing to report yet on that front, but I believe my life situation in the last month wasnt the best enviroment for that module to shine. Ive been dealing with health issues and deep healing.
Next week Im starting a new Hypnosis trainning, so there with my students I have plenty of opportunity to test that beauty of that module with some hypnotic stories.
Im gonna let you now as soon as results are obvious to me.

Weird stuff happened today… I was out having lunch with my girlfriend after listening 1x my stack (The Wizard, Ardhanarishvara and Sage Immortal) and I began to feel a pressure in my eyes and saw a bright aura all around me.
This aura stopped me from seeing properly, I had difficulty reading my phone, like part of the screen literally dissapeared. When I looked at my girlfriend, the same thing happened, this aura stopped me from seeing parts of her face, the same thing happened with everything. Also I felt like I had a small dose of mushrooms, lightheaded and funny.
After lunch the eye pressure got stronger and the brightness dissapeared, it was replaced with a pearcing headache. It took some painkiller, ice cream, sex and a nap to get rid of the pain.

Do you think it could of been a kundalini awakening? I know some people experience a bright light

I was thinking it was reconciliation, to be honest, but I like your theory @StateOfBeing
I cant tell for sure what it was, but it did felt very pleasurable while it happened, before the headache.

Well… Listening to 1 Ultima as a booster on days off doesnt work for me, at least not yet. Ive done that for a week and Ive been constantly in reconciliation to some degree.
Im doing the one day on, one day off thing, but with full rest on the days off.
Today Ive listen to my stack.

I’m finding that having a total rest day is much more beneficial for me as well. Running Ultima on rest days seem to interfere with processing to a degree.

Awful recon… I have a splitting headache and had to get in bed. The good things is I have an excuse to eat dark chocolate cookies.
