The Wanted Executive - The High Powers Of Attractiveness

I have my WHOOP for around 3 weeks now. It’s a fun little device to play around with

I’ve previously had much better sleep scores than I’m getting lately - I’d have to think back to be certain but I do think I sleep better when I have more carbs and I’ve been rather low carb (just veggies) for 7 weeks now.

From your picture and details looks whoops very similar to oura. Your GUI looks a little bit better than mine and hard to say which one has more info.
But recently oura updated with Average blood oxygen which can indicate if you have under 90% value, you can have a covid.
Mine is currently 98% so I am good.

Going to start cutting soon because I’ve been feeling and looking really fat (Got to 30% body fat from life aha). Cutting for me is perfect in winter because I take some kind of fat burner (Yellow pill or T3) which makes me super hot so I rather be like that in the winter then in the summer. The goal will be to cut down to 10% bodyfat.

I have the blood oxygen metric as well but interesting I didn’t know it could measure covid l. I should check mine just to be safe since I’ve been having a cold these past few days.

I think that 34.7% is not accurate.

100% it’s a scale I got from Amazon so I didn’t think it’s the best thing. I would say I’m more on the 20% bodyfat side.

True because some carbs have things like tryptophan which can help with sleep (For example, chickpeas).

I have never trusted those types of scales. I have one myself, but those numbers are obviously many times not even near your real values.

Luckily I guess I don’t have covid😂

Seems you have everything in check :). And have the same info as my oura, nothing more, nothing less :).

In regards to our talk about Limitless, I am just pondering. I am leaning more toward Limitless but is not a better QL instead of Limitless?

Depends on your goals to be honest and commitment level. Limitless is to be used medium term and QL long term. Reason I chose Limitless at first was because I like changing stacks every few months which I wouldn’t really be able to do with QL.

Did it force you to learn new things?

I don’t think any sub can really force you to learn new things. It can help you and motivate you to to do it but it’s not like adderall. I wish it was😂

I do not know but for me, when I have been listening to Spartan something directed me to Tim Ferris’ method of balancing a weaker half of the body and also increasing endurance.
I had my small time with limitless before and at that time I had an urge to read books.
With module Fusion optimized I have read a book about the blue zone diet.

Yeah it gives you the motivation to do the goals your trying to achieve but it won’t force you (Would be nice if it did).

Sadly a thing I’m noticing with Wanted is it’s very hard to gain muscle on it. So I might have to edit the custom and switch it with Emperor: Fitness instead. Still thinking about it
