The Wanted Executive - The High Powers Of Attractiveness

Still no recon which is good. Did the stupid mistake of trying 15mg of mk-677, instantly was a bad idea because of the increased hunger it gives. I couldn’t sleep all day since I was hungry all night, had to get a whole omelet, 2 french toast in order to feel full (I guess you learn from your mistakes lol). Also according to my WHOOP, I cached a cold/I’m sick but no worries I will prevail.

On a positive note, even thought I ate like a total pig today I look leaner then yesterday and more social then usual today. What’s interesting is I’m also more persuasive which is interesting about the custom.

Not worth it in my opinion. Limitless is the closest thing you’d have to being like Eddie Mora to be honest (Hence why I used it for a year). Remember Limitless Executive is used for short terms (Something you’d use for less the a month), Limitless medium term (Something you’d use for 3+ months) and Quantum Limitless long term (Something you’d use for 6+ months).

I was curious and checked this mk-677 in my country. Found one shop but with a daily dosage of 25mg 45 tablets for 49.99 Eur which is about 65 Canadian dollars.

Wow, this is some serious dedication. One year on limitless. Also, thanks to this you made a way into the security business?

Actually daily dosage and the recommended one is 10mg. 25mg as a beginner is a bit too much I would say but yeah I would recommend mk-677 unless your on keto in which it might be good (Since it reduce insulin sensitivity and carbs might impact that as well).

I have no intention to try it, have been just searching about it because I have not known about it before.

HRV 48.

I’ve been pushing myself a lot lately, Oura says I need to rest more… It’s probably right.

After I switch from the middle/hard side of my mattress to the soft one, my sleep is much better.

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t a HRV of between 60 and 80 recommend? In that case wouldn’t be 29 be really low?

What’s funny is me, you and @Deadpool have a really similar total sleep.

Me it’s with pillows. I sadly bought a new pillow that was double what I payed for my old pillow thinking it would be better but I was wrong.

Moral of the story just because something is more expensive doesn’t mean it’s better lol.

We have the same 7h 28 and Blackice 7h 24, really funny :).

About HRV, in oura I do not have any recommended scale but if I have like between 40-60 I am good, 30-40 is below average but still ok.

Okok perfect thank you for letting me know. I’m new to this whole thing of tracking health metrics so I’m happy to learn something new:)

I am using this type. Read for sleeping on your back this is the best option.

Similar to mine but mine is a cervical pillow.

Also, I have an indicator for the lowest heart rate.
This night was 60 which is quite high. Anything below 56 means that my recovery was good.

I am quite new to this thing as well. Have oura just four months or so.
