Thought it was time to start a journal, mainly to keep record of my progress and to make it easier to keep track of everything like listening days and washouts, how many cycles etc. I started my journey with emperor, wanted black and primal secduction with intresting results with women giving me so much attention. My second cycle was emperor, wanted black and stark black not much happened during this cycle other then working out harder and fasting for longer peroids and researching more things about fasting as I have been doing OMAD for the last 8 years now I am eating every 48hours.

So now I am doing a washout I am going to washout for 14 days, its now day 2 and start a new cycle on October the 4th, I plan to run Emperor, Acesnded Mogul and Primal secduction. Emperor and Acesnded Mogul will be my foundation I will never swap these out of my stack. I will run primal seduction for 3 or 4 cycles and swap it out for Stark Black and do the same with Stark Black, and swap it out for Wanted Black and continue to keep swapping these other 3 titles every 3 to 4 cycles I am looking forward to starting my new cycle.

So today I started my new cycle I was ment to start October 4th, but started today instead I had an 11 day washout, I did one loop of Emperor, 30 mins later I then did one loop of Acended Mogul, not much to report for now.

1 loop of Primal seduction, today and I used my new JBL headphones wonder if these will make a difference I made sure volumes were not too loud, was arounf 65 on main volume, and on media player 45. Not sure what everyone else has on their volumes if using windows 11.

Rest day, not much to report other then I have been fasting a lot since using subclub subs, and training harder but also training less. Training is like the subs more does not always mean its good as over training wont get results unless you are juiced up.

As long as you can hear the sound of the audio, that’s all that matters and it will work.

Im using the ZP files not masked, but listening to music on my computer they sound awesome much better then ear buds

Ah ok. Hope you calibrated it correctly according to the instructions.

I personally don’t use it since it’s a pain to always adjust the volume for it.

I wouldnt have a clue before these headphones I was just using apple earbuds with around 40% volume did not experience titanus ill have volume lower with the headphones, thanks for the heads up. Are you using Masked subs?

Thanks heaps Lion, just wondering how do you find the masked subs? are they as effective as ZP ?

Masked and Ultrasonic files are just different audios of the same ZP file. Both are equally effective. Masked are easier to use.

Awesome thanks so much tomorrow is my 2 title day, will use masked will sound awesome with headphones instead of listening to no sound.

Day 5 today, the whole time I have been using Subliminal club subs was using Ultra sonic with no sound, after a chat with a member named Lion I decided to try the masked versions, I did enjoy listening to the masked version. So today was one loop of emperor masked and AM masked. Wonder what versions people use more masked or ultrasonic leave a comment below what you use if you are reading this masked or ultrasonic.

Hey thanks for the reply just found the poll 84% masked 2% ultrasonic I always thought Ultrasonic was much more popular for some reason.
