New topic started with data science coach.
T-minus 1 hour before my 72 hour water fast completes. Grabbing a steak with a friend who is also doing the fast. It will be glorious.
Negotiated down my insurance premium by repeatedly asking for discounts. Turns out they had automatically checked off extra riders on the renewal policy. Sneaky sneaky!
I went to the store to buy some chocolate as a celebration to break the fast. Bought the good stuff. Broke the bank. The cashier did me a solid and found some discounts for me without asking.

spent 3 hours on 3 lines of code. Barely studied my flash cards. Passed out reading new material at the libraryā¦

217 minutes done today. Learning Pyspark. Wanted to yell yesterday.
Sleeping today at 9pm sharp.
I loved the book Learn Python The Hard Way, recommend it highly.

Its been a week or so sinc eI ran subs. Couldnāt sleep well last night. Too horny. Even with melatonin sleep aid. I slept like a baby for the past 2 days. Didnāt work at all on my goals. Felt extreme feelings of failure. The edge was blunted with ashwaghanda.
I need to get back into the groove of my systems. fell off.
I donāt feel good writing this all out. However, I worked so hard in the past month, that this rest was needed. Handled small important tasks that never got around to.
Havent used subs since last week or moreā¦they need time to work. Canāt just run loop after loop. Let the subs work their magic. Let the coincidences flow. Rubbed legs with my coworker today. She saw me staring at her legs. Came over and helped me not want to stand up for a good half hour.
I hate when that happens. Sometimes the PP forgets weāre on the same team.
It has been more than a week since I used subs. Accidental washout phase. Accidental exponential increase in productivity.
Repeat after me: The subs need time to work.
I donāt know what day of the washout it is.
Massive steps taken towards my business goals.
Next belt test is in 2 months.
Time to sleep before Youtube threatens my mind.
Itās been one month since I stopped running any subs.
Met an emotional mentor to work through all the emotions and trauma dredged up from the ST1 modules.
I went and got my first haircut in over a decade. Always cut my own hair. I look like a man now. Hell, I feel like one too.
Just got a workout in. 3 out of 4 days so far. When I work out, I get to watch anime. 2 birds one stone.
Meal prepped burritos for the next 2 weeks. I have supplement stack now.
Iām building a robust positive emotional ecosystem. My relationships with everyone has improved.
Martial arts has become enjoyable no matter how tired I feel. Cutting out the caffeine slowly as well.
My business production is coming along nicely. Need to put more time into it.
The subs. Need. Time. To. Work. I can imagine my brain was reading the same book over and over and I never gave it time to process.
OK, back to setting the timer. Data science time.
The goal is regimentation.

Good evening folks. Iāve been in a long term washout for subs for about 2 months now.
Had some hard conversations with my friends on goals, life updates.
It is time to put the foot on the gas.
My systems need to be integrated better and I built a plan of execution for the next year.
There is no more time left for excuses.
Iām going to go VERY SIMPLE on the subs. Not going to run 10 things at once. Will decide upon this.

I only ran QL ST4 1x loop 2 weeks ago. Other than that, nothing else since 12/10/2023.
I had a strategy session with my friend. New system changes for more efficient time management.
I stopped posting so much because I unearthed some deep emotional foundations which I found were inefficiently serving me. After becoming aware, I stopped leveraging them for motivation.
Currently reading Six Pillars of self esteem.
This year I will accomplish roughly 30-40% more than last year in terms of efficiency/work output towards my goals.
the flow state is real.
Just finished a 2 hr workout + stretch session.
I have a hunch. Maybe someone can confirm or denyā¦or neither confirm nor deny
Hunch isā¦the subs are a supplement. They are not a crutch. They are a guide to brighter days and better ways. The subs are like Mr.miyagi from karate kid. Just showing the way.
Another thought: QLST4 induces organization with purpose. I have urges to organize for maximum efficiency/utility.
Ran QLST4 on Saturday. I stayed up last night folding all my clothing to perfection. Watched a youtube video on how to properly fold dress shirts. Closet is immaculate.

Running 1x loop today. Long night, had emergency in the house.
Resetting house today. Cleaning up everything.
Discipline in all things.
