After slacking (for the most part) for ~5 months, I’ve actually only gained a bit back, even after the holidays. But… very soon I’m back to strict clean eating, to get the rest of the way there for summer.
Ideally tomorrow, but we still have some holiday food left…
Last summer I got down to 168lbs (at 6’3"…) which is close-ish to the weight I want to be at, but there was still too much fat and not enough muscle. My final goal is ~175lbs with no visible gut fat or upper back fat… seriously what’s up with that… my legs look like they’re carved from a statue, upper half is still a bit doughey… my wife says I look like Gru but with ripped legs instead of sticks… lol.
TRT is definitely on the table for 2024 to fix that.
Edit: and if I’m considering TRT anyway, then I’m less concerned about T suppression from SARMs… RAD-140 perhaps… though there are some allegedly safer muscle building peptides that look rather interesting too. 5-Amino 1MQ for example…
