The respect is well-earned. 8 hours is a lot of process. I don’t have the time. It’s hard enough these days with the transformations to keep up with my listening schedule sometimes because I get invited to so many events and social engagements that I may miss a loop here and there. It’s a constant flow to the next thing.
Now we have micro loops and I use those when it’s a hectic day.
