Urgent: Double Billing Error – Order #SC-310 (Unresolved)
Hi Support Team,
I am following up on my post from 4 days ago regarding Order #SC-310.
My account was charged $198 instead of the correct $99 due to what appears to be a system error that processed a duplicate order.

I have yet to receive a response or a resolution. Could you please look into this and process the refund for the overcharge immediately?

Sorry to state this out loud, but this is simply unacceptable 
It has now been 14 days since the double-billing error occurred on ticket : #SC-310 ($198 charged instead of $99), and I am still awaiting a response.
To be transparent, the lack of communication at this stage is becoming unacceptable.
I would much prefer to resolve this directly with you, but if this is not settled within the next week,
I will have no choice but to initiate a chargeback with my credit card provider to recover the duplicate charge.
Please look into this and process the refund immediately.
