I’d like to add a question to it related to the ticket which is Emperor Exec failed to produce results for me.
Is it worth giving a try to Zone? It seems that the objectives are similar but it’s a softer more effortless route. I need motivation, focus and flow in day to day to do the things I need to do, lower procrastination, low energy and increase enjoyment of doing the work that I need to do for myself, my income and survival instead of quick dopamine fixes and escapism.
Or is Zone more about getting better flow and focus once an activity is already established in one’s life?
