I saw Arch Enemy open for Cradle of Filth in 2004. Same year I saw Satyricon and Dimmu Borgir love. Back in the late 90s I would have often have a discussion with a record store owner friend of mine about getting black metal bands to tour the States let alone come here to Minneapolis
He said it was unlikely that would ever happen given their reputation.
