This idea surfaced in my mind the other day, and it just occurred to me today that it’s probably, in part, a Nouveau RICH expression.
Most Zoos and Aquariums are largely non-contact. People are walking or driving around cages, enclosures, or recreated environments in order to wath animals that they would not otherwise have the chance to see. But downsides have been that 1) those environments remove the animals from their adapted ecosystems (many of which, granted, are being destroyed by Homo Sapiens encroachment anyway), and also 2) the fact that, for safety reasons, there is usually no physical contact or interaction with the animals makes their dislocation to the zoo or aquarium even more unnecessary.
So, the idea that came to me is that now with so many advancements in both Drone technology and Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality technology, it would make sense to create radically enhanced VR/AR Animal Encounter Spaces. At this point, with a bit of planning and innovation, it would pretty much be possible for children and adults to experience animals, in real-time, as they are living in their preferred habitats and in their adapted ecological niches.
Truly awe-inspiring experiences could be created using the tech that we have now. And their could be a seamless integration between actual and artificially-generated content, so that for example, if you were looking at a pangolin or an armadillo, you could select Macro/Close-up and dive into an exploration of the very cells that make up its armor, or even into the intercellular biological environment. All it would take would be creativity and resources.
Similar mechanics could revolutionize and economize the entire educational architecture. Schooling can be utterly experiential and interactive at this point. There’s no reason for it not to be. The talents of artistic creatives, tech specialists, and interpersonal communication specialists (i.e., early childhood teachers) can be integrated in new ways that make education a simultaneously more profitable and more affordable field.
The potential is already here.

It’s almost noon, and today has been a bit strange.
Had first meeting at work scheduled for 10:30 am.
Woke up at about 6 am, but then went back to sleep and didn’t wake until 9:15 am. So, not enough time to meditate. Not the usual routine, but it happens. Showered and came to work. Crap, 5 minutes late for the 10:30 meeting. But then the person never showed up.
Time to get my bearings and adjust to the day.

That last pushup on the first set was shaky as anything.
I’ll be repeating this workout the next time. When I can do 70 solid pushups on the first set, then I’ll move to the next one. Which is…freaking 74.
So, yeah, rushes are not in order.
At this point, we’re just sending in the workouts and waiting as my body grows the strength during the interims. No point to rushing things. Diet and sleep probably matter more now than the actual workouts.
When I get to 80, I’ll say a prayer of thanks.
And then we’ll take it from there.

Today was a subliminal play day. I played both subliminals during my meditation.
One, PHENOMENAUT Genesis, was from about minute 16 to minute 31. The other, BUILD, was from minute 37 to minute 52.
It’s really interesting to think about how the subliminals are working within me.

BUILD I have run since late February, including a one month washout, so 3 months. PHENOMENAUT somewhat longer.
The most interesting part is that, other than the program cores, 16 of the modules that make up PHENOMENAUT I have run since August 2022. The only other new element is the You Are Not Alone module.
That point factored into my decision to go for 3 program cores.
