Ironic. I’ve never found longer loops to actually help anything. I went from 3 minutes to 5 just weeks back, and all I got was a less prominent feeling of “too much”. The majority of my early “subliminal fails” were from overloading myself. Most of the fails were pre-ZP, when we could run them all day.
And if choosing between peace and self-imposed subliminal hell, I’ll choose peace.
Seriously, over a year back, Invictus recommended I return to Chosen For Within–at only 30 seconds. I bucked it at first, as my pride lashed out.
But upon seeing the bigger picture a couple of hours later, I did a 30 second loop. I did that for weeks, and everything went smoothly. It works beautifully.
Subs don’t “work” when something inside us is in sheer opposition to a suggestion, whether it’s rational or not. Most of what we really believe is hidden from us, and subs help root them out quickly. This is when normal recon hits.
Shorter loops greatly diminish the rabid recon I used to experience. Longer loops? I’ll pass
It’s interesting. For me, the longer the loop is, the more pronounced, deep and better the result is
microloops are just scratching the surface for me, allowing me to get a lot of small wins and build up momentum while full loops are for when the momentum is already there
The ironic thing is the guys that do the 3 things @Sub.Zero pointed out are the ones trying to give advice. Like nah I’m good on your “advice” lol. I only want advice if they are a Founder, Researcher, or super experienced guy
That’s very optimistic. Good! We very much need it in the time of the “dark recon”.
However, there’s only one lesson to learn—track your reconciliation cycle and don’t let it derail your plan or hinder your growth. Letting it happen is a failure every single time. That failure isn’t just about wasting your priceless time—it’s also about not tapping in your potential in a better manner and the loss of opportunities you may never have again. I’m afraid there’s nothig arbitrary about the passage of time and not tapping in your capabilities to the fullest or at least in just a better way.
To me, there’s no race, but a journey of countless steps. Those are the only steps in the dance called life that truly count. There’s no destination but self-actualization and the overflowing joy that comes from it. Let’s not go from being overly optimistic to becoming quite pessimistic, shall we?
Anyhow, everyone should mind how subtle recon on the NSE is and how it still affects our dance. Even more than ever.
I’ve found another trinity that’s even more crucial as it concerns subliminal usage in itself:
Overexposure.
It’s hard to accept that the rule ‘less is more’ applies to subliminal usage—and so easy to succumb to subliminal FOMO. Overexposure is the main culprit when it comes to making reconciliation rougher than it needs to be, as well as producing subpar results.
Overlooking low-level recon.
This one is prevalent in the community and is the main reason why we don’t see as many mind-blowing results as we should—considering how exceptionally potent these tools are. The community has yet to understand that this kind of reconciliation is the most detrimental, as it’s insidious by nature and disrupts our natural reconciliation cycle.
I forgot to mention that there’s a causative relationship between these three. Overexposure typically triggers low-level recon; low-level recon makes us rely too heavily on the subs, and that in turn leads back to overexposure. A vicious cycle, indeed.
Low-level recon is like a suffocating blanket over the mind. It’s usually accompanied by a flood of mental garbage—intrusive thoughts and unsolicited emotions surfacing. Only a small portion of this content reflects real issues being processed—ones that can be addressed consciously and worked on with intent.
Subliminal recon isn’t much different from our natural reconciliation cycle, where a lot of subconscious material surfaces without offering any real value for conscious work. That’s why it simply has to be waited out. What helps in dealing with this kind of mental clutter is increased physical activity. Of course, reducing exposure time is essential once low-level recon is identified.
I hope this will lay the foundation for new listening recommendations, which the community has long needed. It’s a pity to see so many users stuck in the vicious cycle of low-level recon instead of enjoying the mind-blowing results this incredible tech is capable of delivering.
Another important point is that everyone needs to learn how to recognize low-level recon in order to manage it like a boss and truly reap the benefits of the tech. Fortunately, it seems the new recon tech will help tremendously with that, as it appears to significantly enhance your ability to discern certain phases in your own unique reconciliation cycle.
I often have wondered in the last year why people haven’t been getting better results. At first I felt like the successful people often don’t publicize their success. I started reading peoples posts to analyze language, but couldn’t find an answer. As I learned how complex these audios are it made me realize how much of a learning gap it is to properly use them. The last two months made me think it was a lack of action because most people aren’t stuck from a lack of motivation, they’re stuck because they’ve been conditioned to wait for permission from parents and society. The only step missing was for them to give themselves permission to step into the new identity as the sub already did all the work. Now from what I’ve read from your low level recon makes much more sense. I hope you’re work does help with new listening recommendations as well.
