Seems logical…when it improves our brain amd thinking, all other subs will work better…

Washout till 12.11.24

The washout has been difficult. I’m not experiencing a complete relapse, but definitely a regression to previous behaviors in my wife and also in my thinking and emotional stability. It’s not as bad as before, but things are worse than they were while listening to Primal Romance.

I’ve noticed my wife’s behavior starting to shift away from the calm and loving connection we’ve built over the past few weeks. I’m seeing some of her old patterns resurfacing. I have to be very careful not to get pulled back into those old dynamics.

This cycle I will introduce back the Emperor in my live. I will replace New Emperor after running it for a year with Emperor Daddy (as suggested by @PizzaShaman ).

The 30 seconds of Emperor Daddy shifted my perception very rapidly, I think within 2 hours. I was in a very low mood in the morning and “messed” things up (like forgetting things, etc.) and thinking “low” about myself. That changed rapidly, and I was back to thinking good about myself and being proud of myself. It’s fascinating to see how I always fall back quickly to my “default” behavior of the last 40+ years in a washout. The old patterns are really deeply ingrained.

I’m running subs for a year now. I follow the recommended listening pattern, with washouts every 21 days. On washout, I always fall back in my old thinking and behavior patterns and low status mode I was operating during the last 40+ years. Also, I ALWAYS have fights with my wife during washouts. I think it has to do with the before mentioned “low” state of mine. I never felt a bloom during washout, only “lows”. Is anybody experiencing the same, and if so, what do you do to prevent it?

This cycle I will use micro loops, starting with 30 secs, trying to find my sweet spot. Maybe that helps, integrating the subs more into my subconscious.

Thanks everyone for the ideas! Here’s the summary: This might just be recon, a normal part of the process. Technically, I could shorten washouts to 3 or 4 days (keeping the stack the same), try microloops, or listen less at the end of the cycle. Meditation might help me absorb and process the subliminal better.

Here’s the plan: I’ll keep going with the microloops I started this cycle and try to find my sweet spot. I’ll also try to fit some meditation into my routine.

If I still have those “lows” during washout after trying microloops, I’ll shorten the washout to 3 or 4 days when I feel a “low” coming on. I might even try @WorldOvertaker’s suggestion and skip a washout altogether.

These last few cycles have really shown me how much I procrastinate and avoid life (or try to control my future). Remember how I said I wanted to set up an investing plan? Well, I’ve done tons of research, but I’m avoiding actually doing it. It’s like I’m using research and preparation as an excuse to procrastinate, all because I’m scared of making mistakes. I really need to get over this and, like @Evolver said, develop a “fast action personality.” Just do things quickly instead of avoiding them!

Hi friend!
I know what you are describing. This changed for me quite massivley when I started to listen to the subs on a low volume isntead of quite loud…Just so that I could hear it.

The other thing that I recognize…When you are in that low state…go to your journal. And jsut write down what you are feeling. Write all those bad lowstate feelings out. And at one point you may have are revalation…Just write…I am angry. I am sad. I feel frustrated. I feel lonely…whatever. Starting to do this changed my life massively.

I feel like this dropping out of the sub and into negativity is when there are unresolved feelings. I go to my mamalian brain where the fight/flight/fawn/freeze response lives and where negativity is. And the old self. The subliminals life in the Higher brain…but we cant get access to it when there are feelings on the surface.
Also regarding your wife. I feel like see is sensing energetically that you arent in your power anymore and doesnt feel safe. It should become better as soon as you try to find a way to journal your feelings out.

The meditation will definitley help aswell.

In those time of recon…its really time to make the changes. After 4 days of not listening to the subliminals…I have the impulses of again watching some youtube or series…but everytime it comes up…I know…that if I change it now, it will be permanent. During the heavy listening, the sub is like a clothing for me…but during the washout, its about integrating the subs into my being. To really make the permanent changes. Its been hard, but this is the real work. These are the real small changes that add up.

After running Primal Romance for 30 secs on the 14th my relationship got better. The nagging and testing went away. Interestingly, yesterday I told my wife that I’m running Primal Romance (aka “A sub that improves relationships”) she told me, that she observed it too ("you are way less ‘annoying’) whoo, I thought she acted way less annoying… but, the subs work on me and just secondarily through my behavior and my “vibes” on her. So, I think the subs change me for the better
Primal Romance is just a relationship saver.

Recapitulation of the last 5 months

The goals I set on top of this thread I have mostly reached. I set up a saving plan and started to invest in two ETF’s on a monthly basis (Emperor). I healed a big portion of my sexual trauma that stemmed from the abuse I experienced as a child (Khan Black) and I changed my relationship with my wife from wanting to leave to enjoying the relationship (Primal Romance).

New beginnings

After 20 years in the same firm, but with different roles, I feel that it is time to search for new endeavors. I’m not quite sure if it means to find a new job or founding my own business. But something has to change. I’m now 46 years old and on the prime of my life, I need to harness that power for a new career, double my income and feel more fulfilled.

Goals for the next months

Getting clear of what I want to do for earning money for the next several years. I have several interests that can lead to the following (but I’m not clear yet which one I will pursue in the end:

• Get a job as a CIO
• Get a job as a full stack developer
• Buy a SMB or find an alternative financing model
• Founding my own business

The second last one is the most unlikely but somewhat enticing (it is more a thought idea as a plan), for the last one I don’t feel resourceful enough. The two first ones are very likely because they would only be an expansion of my current skills and roles. What is hard for these two is my lack of formal education in these two areas. I’m mostly self-taught in my role as Head of IT and my other role as Web-Developer (Full-Stack). So I need a way to show my skills in the job market and make me an attractive choice even if I don’t have the degrees and the such. It also means to be open to beginn a new formal education (like a master or a CAS or the like).

The next cycle until beginning of January is committed to finding the field I want to focus my energy on.
To boost this searching, I decided to got with Beyond Limitless and Emperor Daddy. Also I have to do a big cleanup on my open, unfinished projects, to clear my mind. That means, making quicker decisions and finishing projects (just finishing them, no focus on “perfectionism”).

First Beyond Limitless results
On track to complete unfinished projects:

• In only about a week I started and finished a working MVP for a Yoga-Studio Web-App. It is thought mainly to be used by my wife, because I was unsatisfied with the Google Docs solution I had used before for managing the member of her studio, making invoices, etc. That is now heavily improved, and I learned a ton (maybe I will turn it into a SASS project later). I was also very quick because I was able to use my existing knowledge in conjunction with clever use of Github Copilot and ChatGPT. (Beyond Limitless in action).

• Second, I was able to clear my block and work further on a design project for my brother-in-law I had abandoned for some time. I will be able to finish it soon.

Recap of the last cycle:
Beyond Limitless was phantastic. It boosted my ability to concentrate way longer on one task. Was able to very efficiently code for way longer than usual. Also I had less “mental blocks”.
On the way to finish projects that are open for a long time.

Now, washout for a week. After that, I will start the new year with the following combo:

• Limitless
• Emperor
• Spartan Apex Warrior

This stack I plan to use for a longer period of time. Beyond Limitless I used as a preparation for Limitless.
