according to the vid it sounds like biphasic and everyman are the only two patterns that are healthy, since they’re both over 4 hours sleep time and he said under 4 hours is unhealthy, so whats the point of the rest?
it does sound pretty awesome to be fully adapted to a multiple equal length sleep session pattern as an entrepreneur. just goin at it non stop day in and day out.

Yeah, blackadder has been calling it commando since it was first mentionned on the forum. I think the supercharger wasn’t called commando because of the rambo connotation. The supercharger is actually a program to make you more dominant… Not an army soldier!

This week I was thinking about supercharger, and I was like “why not make a supercharger to boost confidence and self esteem??”
Anyway, maybe commandant will increase confidence in life, but that was really a real question. Any action you take need to be fuel by confidence that you can succeed, confidence and trust in yourself and ability.
