DAY 13

STACK
KHAN ST1 ZP + EMPEROR ZP 2/2 LOOPS MASKED
Additional Masked Loops 1 – QL1Qv2

  • did 2 loops of each Khan and Emperor this morning
  • feeling fine without any headaches or other irritations
  • yesterday was rest day and i was feeling down a little bit
  • all my problems said hello to me and i was unable to ignore them
  • so i was thinking about the next steps to be taken to improve my situation
  • after a while i was very tired and slept some hours in the afternoon
  • today i feel more confidence and more self-confidence to handle my problems
  • intensive dreams again and a bad night at all in regard to sleep quality
  • All in all i have a good feeling and the day has just begun
  • On midday i will do one loop of QL1 – hopefully QLZP is available soon
  • So much for the moment, more to come later

Additional Masked Loops 1 – QL1ZP

  • did 1 loop of Khan and Emperor this morning
  • rest day yesterday was not so good – feeling was low
  • the 2 loops the day before yesterday were too much – dreams were very intensive
  • sleep bad – the dreams went crazy so to say
  • back to only one loop per zp module today
  • today i am feeling more energized after the loops
  • but this is mixed with a serious fear about my future plans
  • solving some of my problems which leads to this fear is now my first priority
  • still missing confidence and trust in my own decisions
  • could need some extra power for my way
  • on midday i will do one loop of QLZP
  • khan ST1 is digging deep in my subconcious – the dreams are full of symbols
  • old stuff i never thought that they are related to my actual situation
  • thought that there are more dreams about the dramas of the last two years but no
  • old stuff arising again – we will see how this will play out
  • Took the personality test today and i am INFJ-A – quite correct
  • So much for the moment, more to come later

  • nice energy boost
  • overall clarity
  • concentration is better than it was before
  • ZP is not nearly so exhausting like Qv2 was

Overall a good feeling today.

  • more clarity and more awareness – QL
  • QL seems to overpower the other two files in terms of instant results
  • today more fears arising
  • more afraid of the future – Khan ST1?
  • higher sex drive today
  • less hunger than the days before

  • fears vanished on rest day yesterday
  • still intense dreams with all kind of problems
  • calm and grounded today
  • Khan and QL seems to overpower Emperor
  • will drop Emperor and go back to the recommendations
  • i have the strong feeling that it is too much and it will lower the results
  • 2 titles at a day are enough – now i know
  • i am curious to see the results after dropping Emperor
  • So much for the moment, more to come later

Rest Day

After reading on the forum about Emperor and other Subs i changed my mind and will not drop Emperor. I need it for my business and Emperor fits my current situation very well.
Will stack like this:

Day1 QL1+KHANST1 Masked 1loop only
Day2 Rest
Day3 Emperor Masked 1loop only
…

I feel Khan and QL are working fine but i miss the results from Emperor atm.
Hopefully with the new stack Emperor will also kick in. :slightly_smiling_face:

Also i will do a second cycle with the same stack. Khan ST1&QL1&Emperor.
After that i will run Khan ST2 and QL ST2 and still Emperor for the next two cycles.
Same increase until i reach ST4 of Khan and QL.

  • feeling calm and grounded
  • thinking about all the things i dont want anymore
  • this seems to be khan st1 related and is realy a strong feeling
  • there are no more observations today
  • now 5 days washout

REST DAY

I changed my mind and will change my stack.
One cycle Khan ST1 & Emperor are enough atm.

Because i need more healing i decided to buy DR. Bought it some minutes ago and will start tomorrow. @SaintSovereign Thanks for the rebate code and ASC as a gift.

Just skimmed your journal. You were 2 multi-stages at the same time right? How did you find them?

I want to do two multi-stages + AsC but I don’t want to overload.

Yes i did and i had no problems. But i had hundreds of hours with Khan before q two years ago. Dont know if that helped but imho just try it out. Your head will not explode :wink:

I see I see. Thank you for the input! Khan is one of the programs I want to do (currently doing it now) and another. I’ve done Khan before, around a year or so ago so it might be easier to add a second multistage now.

Yes i think this will help a lot and if you feel its too much you can drop one. But i would try it.

DAY 1

Dragon Reborn ST1 1 LOOP MASKED

  • switched to Dragon Reborn ST1 ZP today
  • while running the first loop i noticed a strong heat in my face and in my body
  • this was realy an interesting feeling and not expected
  • after the loop i am a little bit drowsy and feeling a little bit off
  • DR seems to be much stronger than all the programs i used before or it hits me stronger
  • feeling lots of positive energy now – realy impressive
  • having a real good feeling now – maybe that is exact the sub i need now

  • today Dragon Reborn ST1 ZP 1 loop in the morning
  • again heat sensation in my face and in my body but not so strong as before
  • again feeling lots of positive energy the whole day
  • had some intense dreams the night before full of symbols - working on my problems
  • my fears are reduced
  • more positive thinking about the future
  • early days with DR so i am curious what the future with DR will bring

  • no heat sensation in my face or in my body
  • again feeling lots of positive energy right after the loop
  • more fears in the morning - vanishing in the afternoon
  • dreams are smoother than before with Khan ST1 but still intense and on the point
  • overall good sleep quality
  • no more observations atm

On the point of my deepest fears so to speak.
Dreams are showing me my deepest problems and fears. Since DR the dreams are also about deepest fears like losing family members and all this kind of stuff.
DR is digging deeper than Khan ST1.
