Talking about Reconciliation

That’s why sticking to the numbers has stopped being a concern of mine when it comes to Mental Alchemy. Finding your sweet spot is more important than it’s ever been. We need to bear in mind, however, that that spot is a transient thing, therefore, constant gauging, observing and introspecting is a must.

There are various factors to account for indeed.

But hard to gauge since you onset of processing and reconciliation only comes suddenly after the small loop and not directly while using it.

Indeed, and that’s the reason I suggested reconsidering 5 minute loops although I don’t know if it’s possible to apply considering the scripting method. The only way out could be dividing say Stark into 3 tracks addressing three different aspects of the sub and running them interchangeably. Subs would become modular and more difficult to use yet…

My feelings in regards to these 5 mins tracks is that the benefits do not outweighs the downsides.

But that may change overtime.

I liked really the state the tracks put me in which is like a real deep state of hypnosis and then just let that scripting go deep in the subconscious, now it’s only 5 mins.

I would say 30 mins a pop sounds fair.

But there would certainly be others with a busy schedule or so who’d argument for the lower amounts.

It’s opting for decreasing the power level. I suppose, almost nobody would like that idea. On top of that, it wouldn’t make gauging easier but on the contrary.

Unless we can get the store programs in normal terminus and terminus squared for those who desire that power level.

But anyway may viewpoints in regards to this might totally change once I get these headaches and brain pressures resolved which considering the current progress I’m having with the regular store titles at 5 mins should be not too long.

Then again @Varuna not many are actually running the full 15 min and for those who still need healing 3-5 min seems to be there sweet spot.

As for the Gym analogue and the 15 Min loop / once a week compared to 1 min everyday (which I believe to be the best is listen everyday and then a small break)…

See, going to the Gym, once a week training for 12 hours and taking the week off, as compared to once a day 30 min, which one is going to give you the best results?

Obviously training everyday, but not overtraining, and then a small rest day if you can feel the fatigue set in, or when the muscles need recovery, but for the most part your nights sleep should be your recovery.

This is so helpful.

I’m an energy healer/intuitive feeling simply fascinated by what’s happening to me with this subliminal journey.

Ascension symptoms can be uncomfortable when dragged out so by having something accelerate it can be both scary and also liberating too.

Having this community can be supportive and comforting through such an experience. Knowing that we aren’t alone.

It’s pretty wild what can happen to you while healing all the different layers of your energy field within the human body ~ physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual. There is of course way more layers and parts but that is beyond my knowledge as of yet.

Quantum Limitless and Stark has me studying more in depth about energy for my business!

I almost wish I could prescribe subliminals to my clients and monitor their progress.

It’s so complimentary to what I am doing in my private practice.

Would you advise against any other practices ? Even something simple as magick?

I had the feeling of running alchemist and practice enhancing subs and focus the magick on other areas.

were you running healing subs at the moment?
what was titles for your stack?
or do you get recon with any subs regardless of its genre?

along with fitness subliminals, Emperor Fitness Stage 4 and at times Spartan.

I no longer get physical recon at all with ZP so this is not relevant any more.
