Support tickets been delayed for long time

Hi, i have concerns about the support tickets not getting answered in the amount presented(3-5 business days)

and it is not the first time it happend, last time it happend the reason was saint or fire being sick

When it is a repeating occourence it does not look good especially when considering purchasing new custom subliminals in the future.

For example im waiting for my ticket to be answered for over 2 weeks, and no response yet.

Please consider improving this aspect of your service, i am sure i am not the only one thinking this.

So as I’m typing this, it’s December 15 2021, and this topic has been coming up often over the past 2 months or so. Some things to keep in mind: 1 Please wait 3 business days for a reply. A business day is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you put in a support ticket on Sunday, the business days start counting on Monday. If you put in a support ticket on Wednesday, you may not get a reply until the next week. Also there are holidays. Here in the United States we seem to have…
