In my experience grogginess is overexposure or listening at the wrong time or both.
If you’re processing things in the sub at night there might be a cortisol spike you’re not even aware of that causes the rebound grogginess in the morning.
i listen to subs first thing in the morning and i do the full loop of my 2 titles
microloops were insanely slow in progress, the only problem im facing rn is the once i wake up kinda thingy
its not a huge problem since i can force myself out of bed and get back to normal 20-40 mins later, but god if i dont force getting up i will and miss my alarm and work schedule
