know about it. haven’t experienced it (strongly). not interested in it right now.

They’re natural stages we go through as we develop. Happens sooner for some people, later for others.
If it all seems a little crazy or intense, one really grounding framework is to see it as a neurologically-grounded development phase. As the nervous system becomes increasingly grounded, consolidated, and integrated, different subjective experiences and capacities arise. More or less.
Anyway, that’s one way of looking at it.
