It is ZPU preview
It’s basically the same thing
Paragon is a title that takes lots of time to see results …. You’re running a title for physical healing … that takes time
They even say that in the copy that it could take days weeks and even years to see results

Stop running physical shifting titles if you are gonna complain about not seeing results quick enough

It could be doing inner physical healing for you
But if you complain about not seeing results you are gonna end up stone walling yourself

I think context is critical her. By all accounts, he sounds like a single dude in his twenties. Sexual includes are hardly unusual for that demographic especially if they spend a lot of time on the internet. And if he’s quitting porn/masturbation his brain is looking for a new outlet.

I wouldnt call this recon at all. Just the brain adjusting to new circumstances

Then buy a name embedded paragon. It retains the same script but uses the ZPU build.

While I agree with this
Anytime you are trying to change your life, you will see resistance in certain areas especially areas you are trying to change …. Trying to stop pmo or on a certain streak you will have resistance especially if you are not putting that energy to use in other areas

It has nothing to do with paragon lol

What kind of things are you hoping paragon works on?
Let’s start with that

#1120

I was planning on doing that but isn’t the zpu in reforged working with paragon anyway?

#1121

This clearly says you are expecting instant results lol

If you would slow down and just listen to paragon while letting it work then after 2-3 months take stock of what changes you kinda expected vs what you noticed…. you’d get results and see results

But you are questioning the results and hurrying them which is probably why you aren’t noticing anything

Don’t run physical shifting titles if you can’t learn to be patient
It mostly has nothing to do with the listening time and all to do with how you are perceiving things

I think i’ll just have to slowly increase the micro loops and face the recon and the nightmares

#1124

Wait what is your listening schedule even

#1125

I listen every other day but listen paragon before sleep

21 day cycle with a 4-5 day washout

#1126

As embarassing as it is for me to post this

I relapsed quite bad yesterday i won’t say how many times

#1127

that’s life man

You need to have an outlet for the energy that you are stalling… pmo is a release … so if you refrain from it you need to find a way to move that energy around or take it easy and slow with cutting it out …
the problem is that when people stop something cold turkey they don’t realize that there will be resistance to that every single day or every couple of days … it’s like that with every kind of addiction

start today or tomorrow fresh you now have experience … you can go this long before it gets bad enough that you might relapse again … so go online and search for ways or exercises to move energy around your body or ways to transmute that energy … that way it doesn’t just stall down there
