Recon today, on the topics of drive, related to money. Questioning all my goals, heavily doubting myself. I’m assuming that it’s from RICH/Mogul but if that is the case, then it’s very delayed lol - I listened those on 17th. So could it be the stabilizer? Technically, it’s a foundation-related issue…

I definitely should run RoW one day. I keep postponing it like crazy lol

Maybe I’ll give it a cycle in a couple of months. Current priorities are finishing this cycle and starting ASBR

this recon is insanely strong today, but it’s also due to the fact that I really exerted myself yesterday so I’m fatigued

If it doesn’t dissipate today, I’ll drastically reduce my loop duration tomorrow just in case

woke up feeling great today. No recon. Still listened 2 min of Mogul/RICH instead of 3, just in case.

Back to work

@SaintSovereign @Fire hey, can I please get a qOS response on Stark Black + R.I.C.H. + Genesis Mogul?

Hm, I seem to be in recon again. Maybe my processing queue is full already from long cycles?

I guess I’ll reset the subs once again because why not

@Floridianninja hey, can you tell me how you are supposed to work with this resistance?

I notice it a lot with my stack. Just need more time and push through? Or some specific technique for deeper identity change?

It doesn’t have to do with subs it’s just something natural
As you work on changing your life your ego will push back because it wants to keep you safe and doesn’t like when things change

Best thing you can do is keep going no matter how many times you fall

There’s no hidden secrets to that one
I’d assume it’s the same thing with recon as that’s basically similar in a way
As you run a subliminal and it works on changing this or that your mind will push back at certain areas because your reality doesn’t match up with the one you’re trying to build with the subliminal

Action is the biggest thing that will make the journey easier

….

That’s my take on both of those
@SaintSovereign @Malkuth @Fire
These guys can probably explain it better and correct me if I’m totally off/wrong lol

What’s your stack?

This is something that is normal
People usually complain about anything just to complain … they will highly ever use any advice they are ever given till they actually want to change things

Best to let these people go honestly because they usually don’t care about your advice you’re just their vent dummy. …. Been there done that

How long have you been running that for?

What are you hoping to gain from that

Rich for half a year already I think

Genesis Mogul is around 3 months

The stabilizer for 2.5 months

My goals are:

  1. stable routine and habits (consistent exercise habit, consistent deep work habits, tracking finances, following through on projects, managing my attention well which means quitting addictions like reels and so forth)
  2. get out of debt
  3. create a stable source of online income, so that I can quit my current gigs

I’d say I’m doing alright so far progress-wise but it still doesn’t feel completely natural, hence I asked about resistance, hoping there are ways to somehow aid the process. It currently feels like “I’m doing that but that’s not who I am” which can sometimes send me into a recon/depressive state of “what’s the point of all of that?” lol

I do occasionally slip into old behaviors, especially when the external circumstances are not the most favorable. Like if I undersleep, I might fall back into old habits like watching reels, etc. I’m working on that diligently

I guess that’s just the reality of habit building and identity changes and I should be a bit more patient

I’ll chime in too since you’re also reading my journal along with the relaxation stuff.

Lately, every time there’s resistance to doing something, I notice a subtle tension that keeps the mind at war with itself. If you can be aware of that tension and try to relax it, you’ll find it easier to just go and do the thing.

There will be other tension popping up trying to maintain said tension, but as long as you’re moving along anyway, you can try to just observe them while they’re coming, staying, and going on their own.

It all comes back to the general tips we all throw around here.
Journaling (a way to be aware of & process what’s inside) + taking action.

Basically this, lol.

I like to listen to people vent and see their demeanour gradually soften as they are finally able to let it all out. It’s satisfying in its own way. Most of the time, people just need someone to genuinely listen to & care for them.

You’d be surprised how much doing this alone will help them go through their lives.

From my experience, if you want to help, the best way I’ve found is to guide them to understand what they need to do by themselves. Slowly build the trust so that they’ll be more willing to listen to more demanding advice in the future.

Yet the state you were in before you did all the new things doesn’t define who you were either.
It’s textbook recon imo. You’re doing fine.

Exactly.
Progress isn’t always linear.

Let’s say we have 5 stages of productivity.
1 being the bare basics (bottom), 5 being your peak productive self (top).

People think being in (let’s say) stage 4 means you don’t need to work as much with the previous stages, but in actuality, being in stage 4 means paying attention & constantly working on all the current & previous stages, all 1-4.

Some days you can pull off the 4, some days you could only do the equivalent of stage 2 or 3 max. The fluctuation is completely normal. Keep doing your best and the overall trend will go up over time.

It’s normal to come all the way back down to the bare foundation (stage 1) and focus on that for an extended period of time even though you’re already at stage 4. Maintaining the foundation is as important as building the pyramid up.

Many times in life, things are easy to build, but hard to maintain.
Going down doesn’t mean you’re regressing; you’re simply maintaining what you’ve built up.

I always welcome feedback!

oh yeah I definitely notice it. Sometimes reframing activity from “work” to literally just “activity” helps, sometimes it doesn’t

that makes sense, thank you

Always coming back to the "purpose’ recon. But now I think it clicked for me

I’m running RICH and Genesis Mogul for as long as it takes

Honestly I feel like I’d have benefited more by staying at 15-30s this cycle

Any more and I notice that results decrease and I get recon fog

I’ll try to do it like that:
Cycle 1 - 15s
Cycle 2 - 15s - 30s
Cycle 3 - 15-30-1m

Etc

Basically slowly increasing the duration

(By cycle I mean 60d ones. I’m so used to 26d cycles that I’m always clarifying it just in case lol)

Yes, I definitely get more results and less recon at 15s

Will finish this cycle at 15s and will do the next one at 15s, fully

Just like I planned in the post above

Specifically, it’s almost like my manifestations come to a halt when I’m in recon and increasing duration

I was waiting for some work related things to arrive, and I swear, the movements only happened when I was at 15s loops and stopped when I was at duration above lol

Insane how it works
