Seems to be a small acne spot forming top right Eyebrow
Idk if 1 minute is good or not seems like 45s was better
Would trying 1 min 15s or 1 min 30s make any sense
Cant say that 1 minute was compltey useless tho

So i think 45s is my sweet spot but i have to try 1 min 15s and 1 min30s just to be sure
Real question is do the things your running make sense mixed together in a custom … or would they be a kitchen sink … also what modules would you add … customs are different beasts than regular titles because the name embedding and the modules …
You should also know you would have to run that custom for atleast a month to see results and it’s a lot of money … not some willy nilly type ordeal …
Also don’t run any title every day especially customs … they need time to process and bloom
biggest thing is what titles are you running at the moment and what are you hoping to see from them? are you taking actions inline with the results you are hoping to see?

Maybe cuz i stacked spartan + paragon same day and should listen seperstly first
On 1 kinute of paragon going toilet wad quite a long painful experience

What are you hoping to see out of paragon? And what do you want to see from Spartan?
Doubtful…. I listen to my whole stack in a single day and things happen over time
