Tbh i think its becaus i slept at 5am when i usually wake up around 7am to listen to paragon and then i woke up at 12pm so i think that sort of messed some things up

And notice results does that mean im ready for a 3 core custom that i can listen everyday?
With 3 title stack i feel like the results are a bit less because im listening to each specfic title every 5 days compared to every other day which i notice gives me optimal results"

Annoying as i feel like im back to square 1 but will now try 45s then 1 minute
I would give a piece of advice and say that these threads are public and anyone with an internet access and email can access them and say something so don’t be suprised when you see people saying silly stuff and don’t waste precious energy on it
The real world is already full of crazies so now imagine the internet where people are anonymous i personally disregard most negativity and don’t engage, dont let it get to you
