Didnt listen too much to cause overload
Yet still dont seem to get the same results i did as when i listened 3 minutes via mono phone speaker
Just doing some personal venting here but why now does it seem like it straight up doesnt work it was completely fine at 3 minutes mono phone speaker had noticed social affects as well
Come on spartan lol ill also maybe increase my volume by 1 click

i think i listened too much again lol should have just kept it to 7 minutes and then merge them later on
maybe slowly try 8 minutes
im not sure if its worth me getting a new pair of headphones, audio sounds kinda of distorted when listening to some types of videos but fine when listening to subliminals

I think now i just have to be consisten with my loops either paly paragon consistently or spartan
Problem is if i dont listen paragon my health declines if i dont listen spartan my discipline declines
I guess ill stick to paragon next cycle until i get my desired results

Is it normal for headphones to sound distorted on certain videos?
I bought these headphones
When i listen to subliminals it sounds fine but when i listen to some videos thet sound distorted/glitchy would that be a problem?
