Wondering if 5 clicks above 0 is too quiet i can hear birds chirping but barely,also wondering if i should get new headphones,they sound fine when listening to subs but distorted when listening to some music

@AnswerGroup iv noticed for me personally that alot of my processing happens during sleep and i get vivid dreams and ill notice the results the next day
Do you think if im sleep deprived that the processing will halt and if i go a long time without adequate sleep and then finally get a good nights sleep that all that processing will happen in 1 night and may cause extra vivid dreams or nightmares?

It is more than likely why you are getting these bizarre and intense dreams
Also, if you are sleep depriving yourself you are more than likely discarding the input from your listens because you aren’t getting the sleep to save it
Last time i listened to my custom with spartan+paragon i wanst getting much results dont know why guess it was too much at the time but i really need spartan for the discipline so ill have to listen to it now

I think the trick is to listen to paragon 7 minutes one day rest then spartan 7 minutes the other day and rest and so on and so forth hopefully giving them both enough time to integrate then be able to listen to them on the same day

Was getting ready to do 8 reps of an 80kg deadlift and a guy came up to me thinking i was going to do barbell curls lol not sure if a spartan result
Seems like spartan is already helping me with discipline today seems like the trick is to listen to 1 title a day theb combine them both later on
Im not sure what happened with my spartan results,after my 7 minute loop i noticed them but then to the end of the night and today they seem to have dissapeared,do i need to listen to it more?

I look at the subliminals like supplements and i definitly noticed a positive boost from spartan that i would like to keep but it wore off
