Well, you turned it down when you had anger recon and then seemed to go downhill from there
Well i think just adding volume would just increase recon,as i can already hear all the birds chirping and rain so ill stay at 5 clicks above 0 for it to be 50% would be 8 clicks above 0 wich would just be an extra 3 clicks and i doubt that would make any positive difference
Well i guess ill have to increase my listening time to compensate for the decreased affectiveness
For whatever reason listening from phone speakers seems to hit deeper and gives more results at the same listening time (3 minutes) its a cheap phone with only 1 speaker so it is automatically mono if anyone wants to know

Actually looking back at an old photo i think my acne has reduced quite a bit, i think the results are coming in just need a little more patience
Btw what i post in this diary is more for myself and venting frustration etc

I think i may have also had blood sugar symptons wich paragon may have been working on in the background
Anyways tomorrow i think ill also add spartan starting at maybe 1 minute

Listening paragon 3 minutes 5 clicks from 0
And spartan 30s
I am seeing results but still would like faster/deeper results tho
But for now im going to focus on getting spartan to 3 minutes
What iv noticed paragon helped me with previously and ill moniter now:
Dandruff:still there
Blood sugar:i think my lips are less cracked,
Going to see if ill still urinate frequently or other blood sugar symptons
Heart pain:think this is getting better
Stomach pain:shouldnt have this by now
Skin: i think a spot or 2 feel smaller but would still like all of it to be clear on my whole body,biggest insecurity rn
Teeth:usually paragon whitens it still waiting for that on this run
