Was this solo or with another subliminal/in a stack
It was in a custom, as part of a stack involving 1 or more other customs.
So, it may be possible that I didn’t get results because my extreme demand avoidance just rejected the scripting (because it’s basically a barrage of demands for action; exactly what my neurodiverse brain seems to reject and rebel against).
However, I was not using customs wisely back then and was running 4-6 cores across 3 customs I think. I can’t remember exactly what I was using back then.
But the point is, it’s probably my own fault lol.
And plus, everyone responds in their own individual way, so what was true for me (if it even *was true!) may not be true for you. Hope this helps

I find a sweet spot listen for some time then think im good to listen more and when i listen more i hit a block and results stop so i have to go back down now i just stay at 30s with paragon

Tbh i think its becaus i slept at 5am when i usually wake up around 7am to listen to paragon and then i woke up at 12pm so i think that sort of messed some things up

My question is
"If i can listen to 3 title stack aka:
Title 1+2: Monday
Rest Day: Tuesday
Title 3: Wednesday
And notice results does that mean im ready for a 3 core custom that i can listen everyday?
With 3 title stack i feel like the results are a bit less because im listening to each specfic title every 5 days compared to every other day which i notice gives me optimal results"
