This is so confusing for me rereading my custom,i was initially getting results from my custom only listening for 3 minutes,but now im not? How? Maybe the volume is too low and i need to increase it

I wonder how much of paragon is in LOTs
Today is 6th day of washout
So 5 day days completed just unsure where i should carry on washout an extra day or 2 or just listen to my subs,i am experiencing the bloom affect so unsure
I can see my results blooming so should i extend my washout by another day or 2 or go back to listening?
Is it good to extend washout when results bloom?

Listened to genesis mogul and then afterwards went to pray and started doing an action that in my religion is known to bring sustenance and am doing it pretty consistently lol,almost subconsiously,like i can’t help my self from doing it and it feels wrong if i stop
