I am getting results from genesis mogul 30s but havnt noticed from paragon 3 minutes maybe i should also take that down to 30s
Ok day after listening i had vivid dreams maybe a sign of processing and skin is slightly more clear so i dont know if i should carry on 3 minutes paragon or 30s
