Subconscious to Conscious

There is a huge difference between knowing and doing. RAIKOV has been the subliminal that bridged this gap for me. I have also realized that, very often, I get in my own way. Unlearning this tendency, even slightly, has made flow much easier to attain.

I noticed the difference between the subconscious and the conscious mind in the morning, about 30 seconds before I am fully awake. My brain processes everything at a rapid speed, and I can calculate and solve problems with insane accuracy.

That got me wondering, @AnswerGroup: can subconscious flow become the default state for those of us who tend to get in our own way?

This includes overanalyzing every detail, wanting to know the “why” behind every action, or wanting to study and replicate a miraculous success whenever it takes place.

This tendency has existed since long before RAIKOV, and it is not unique to this particular sub.

The “Image Streaming” protocol by Win Winger can help maintain such mental states longer and longer with use.

Funnily enough, I’ve never before now thought about running subs while Image Streaming. Adding that to my list.
